Life is change and it will happen with or without our cooperation, but the choices we make each day will determine whether or not we will grow in the process.
We are each living the life we choose. Of course I’m not talking about one epic all encompassing choice, but the result of the many, many small choices we make hourly, daily, and moment by moment.
Unfortunately many, if not most, of those choices are based on our unwavering commitment to do whatever it takes to avoid the unfamiliar.

Faced with the stress and noise of everyday living it’s no wonder we take comfort in the familiar. The problem is growth isn’t a bi-product of staying safely tucked well within the boundaries of our comfort zone.
