Many of you have had confusion about the releasing process. How exactly do I release things, you wonder. How do I know I’ve done it right?
The beauty of the glorious dance with the universe that you are now participating in is that everything you could possibly need is, as always, in place for you. There is no need for you to know exactly what it is you are releasing. As you participate in each energetic shift, things naturally dismantle as they are ready to leave.
You might think of it as a scab that has formed over a wound. When exactly is the scab ready to fall off? You understand when enough healing has happened underneath, it will naturally occur. You don’t need to know how or when, you can just trust that it will happen when the time is right.
Just as the body knows how to heal physically, it also knows exactly how to heal emotionally, spiritually and energetically. Honour your body in its innate intelligence. Listen to what it needs because it will always tell you. Allow it to take the lead with its expertise in this area.

What if you exchanged the idea of release for surrender? If you feel old energy is attempting to leave, surrender it! Surrender it to your highest self, to your guides and helpers, to Source, to the universe itself, secure in the fact that it knows exactly what to do with it.
Surrendering for release activates your team of helpers, your cosmic entourage, to take over and assist. Doesn’t that help you feel it will all be taken care of as is divinely perfect for you? You can rest assured the process will be seamless and efficient when you do so. In fact, using the help that is always available to you will help you move into gratitude for your energetic refinement, rather than resistance.
