When you allow the wisdom of the flow to carry you, you can find comfort in any stage of movement you may find yourself in. A lull can mean floating comfortably, enjoying the scenery around you, and allowing the waters to gently cleanse you. More accelerated flow can mean effortless forward movement, excitement, and tangible progress. You will only experience discomfort if you resist what is showing up for you because you will be actively denying the inherent gifts and support that come with whatever phase you are in and the greater balance it is designed to provide you.
