HJ: There's a big misconception about meditation -- that it needs to go on as long as possible to get the most benefit from it.  Like most things in life, it's about quality, not quantity.  5 minutes of deep meditation is more beneficial than 20 minutes of struggling to tune in.  It may sound obvious, but you would be surprised how many people fall prey to this situation.

So much for panicking…my computer is fixed!

I was really in a tiz thinking that I was going to be without the means of spreading the energy from Bealtaine Cottage and I’m glad about that, because as the evening progressed and my computer was being fixed, I had time to think about all the people I have met through this blog…and what we all have in common…Passion!

A recent post caught my eye. Metatron says that the mineral Iodine is the physical equivalent to The Violet Flame. Energy healers at the Reiki Master level and beyond are familiar with this powerful healing energy. The article caught my eye, and made a lot of sense. However, my training in medicine made me want to double-check for toxicity and  other precautions before making the decision to use iodine supplement myself.
