God said:
Whatever gifts you have been given, whatever gifts I have given to you, whatever discoveries I have placed before you, whatever talent you have been given, whatever work you have been given is yours to bestow. Everything you have found within yourself is God-given. There is One Giver, and I AM the Giver.
Therefore, all your talent is not yours. It is Mine. I have given My light to you so that you may shine My light upon the Earth and the inhabitants of the Earth. If your talent is to manifest wealth, then your wealth is to be shared.. Nothing is to be kept to yourself. No one is to live for himself and live for himself alone.
If your talent is to make beautiful music, then your talent of making music is to be shared. It is to be offered from your heart to the world. No talent is for yourself alone. No one has to accept your talent, you understand. You simply must give it. No one has to take it. You are to give what you have to give. You are not a beggar of giving. You are a heart of giving. It is not for yourself that you give. It is for Me.
I do not keep the Stars to Myself. You must know that to keep something to Myself and to Myself alone is preposterous. Then I would not be God. However, I AM God, and I give All to All, and so must you.
If you are an artist, you are to give the beauty of what you see abundantly. It is not for you to behold to yourself the beauty you see. How well you understand the story of King Midas who hoarded his gold. How you laugh at his ignorance. What folly, you say. You see his folly clearly and may not see your tight-fistedness.
You may think you are in business for yourself, and that your aim is to make money. Your aim is to circulate wealth in the world. And if you are an artist, your wealth is beauty, and your wealth of beauty must be shared.
Do not think for one moment that keeping any gift to yourself is humility. No one is to coax you to come forward. You are to come forward. You are to announce beauty to the world. If you wait to be coaxed, that is ego playing the waiting to be discovered game. Ego waits in a corner to be discovered. Love comes out and says: “Here I am.”
You do not need the acclaim of the world. You are to simply give. You are to simply bestow, offer, donate, practice what you do and so shine your light. You do not play a waiting game.
Give of yourself, and give now.
You are not meant to be a wallflower. You are not meant to be Cinderella who has to be discovered by the prince. Cinderella does not require a fairy Godmother. Cinderella is to go to the ball herself. The prince can claim her, and yet she lets herself be seen. Not one of you was born to be coaxed to come out into the sunshine of the world.
No one is to sit at a soda fountain waiting to be discovered. The world may discover you when you least expect it, yet you are not coy. I discovered you long ago. I more than discovered you. I created you. I created you for a reason. I created you for the Universe. I did not create you to put a mask over your face. Take off all masks. Let the God in you be seen. Sign yourself up. You are My Light walking on Earth. You are My Light. And My Light is to shine.
