Today is a 22 Frequency day with an 11 Sub-frequency influence.
The I AM Keyword phrases for 22 and 11 are…
22 – I Am Spiritual Vision Building Sacred Structure
11 – I AM Truth Illumined through Spiritual Revelation
Just for the record here, and because I found this interesting and think you will too, I want to share something with you. Since I started doing these reports last August, the last and only other time we have seen days with this particular frequency combination was in November of 2013 when we were under the influence of the effects of the Heart Chakra expansion for the Collective Consciousness from Solar Flare AR1890 and the frequencies of Comet ISON.
In November 2013 we saw this frequency combination three times that month, because we were dealing with Comet ISON all month. This time we only have it once; right at the time we enter into Comet ISON’s debris tail. And taking a quick glance at the frequencies for the next several months, I don’t see it again. Just thought you might find that interesting!
The 22 Frequency holds the energy and information of the Master Builder; one who builds upon, with and through Sacred Structure.
I have used the example of the word “Buddha” being a 22 Frequency word, and how the Master Jesus, known to many as Sananda, “The Carpenter’s Son”, is a perfect metaphor for that of “One who is a Master Builder, building upon Sacred Structure”.
We have talked about how both of these Masters (and many more) teach of “Building” your life and reality upon a Structure of Sacredness, created upon the Foundation of all things Sacred and with the knowledge of your Spiritual heritage, and that just as these Masters did, you too are capable of building your reality upon a Sacred Structural form.
Just as these two Masters lived an honorable and principled life while incarnate upon Earth, so too should we strive to be ethical and moral in our daily interactions with all others, no matter who or what they might be.
The 11 Frequency holds the energy of Initial Spiritual Awakening. It is the frequency where Spiritual Revelations and Epiphanies awaken those who still slumber unaware of the greater Spiritual Truths of our Reality, and it assists the Spiritually Awakened in further expansion of their perspectives of reality and Spiritual Truths. Within this Frequency we can more easily see, know and understand our Reality from an expanded and more Spiritual perspective.
As a sub-frequency for today, the 11 frequency gives assistance in the expansion of our knowledge of the Spiritual Realms and how our reality is really constructed and operates.
So the main work of today is the focus of Building our Reality, the one we want to see manifest, from a place of Sacredness. And it is about expanding our understanding and knowledge of what this means, how it looks and how it works in our physical world.
For those participating in the 22 day Cosmic Meditation of the Initial Healing of the Masculine Portion of the Collective Consciousness’ Psyche our work today is to expand on what we did yesterday.
Remember, this is now day five of the first Out-breath phase of our Cosmic Meditation. We need to continue our outward focus from Self, gently exhaling the energy of the 99 Frequency of Universal Love Shining Forth and Divine Grace out from Self, using this action to connect with all other Beings of Divine Light and Love, of Earth and other Cosmic dimensional planes working with us on this healing endeavor. This allows us to strengthen our conscious communication connection with other humans and with our Cosmic Multi-dimensional family.
Also note that tomorrow morning we start the second In-breath phase of this meditation, so we are also Building the Sacred Structure for the next phase of this work. This secondIn-breath phase is going to be even more intense, so please do this work to assist you for the next four days.
Don’t forget, we are passing through the debris tail of Comet ISON, so there is another push for the expansion of the Heart Chakra, individually and collectively.

Cosmic Meditation Focus: 1/14/14
Today we focus on the feelings, emotions and visualization of Building the Sacred Structure of the Template for the Foundation upon which our New Reality of Peace and Equality will stand. We continue to anchor more firmly into the Collective’s Consciousness the Unified Multi-dimensional Christ Consciousness so as to be of more assistance in the further opening of the Heart Chakras of all of Humanity, and the healing of the Masculine Portion of the Collective Consciousness’ Psyche.
Note: there is no need to get extremely detailed in the visualization of what this template and reality look like. Simply follow your heart and the feelings of Love Light and Divine Grace. You may take note of any visuals you receive, but do not try and force any visuals of preconceived ideas you have of what it should look like into this meditation.
When we try to get too detailed and think we “know” what and how something should be and look like, and focus our intention on manifesting that exactly, we limit the ways in which Spirit can create and manifest what we desire.
Yes, we are all a part of Spirit, but that is exactly the point. This is a Multi-dimensional Collective effort!
Remember, thoughts/intentions send out the message for what we desire, but “emotions” and “feelings” are magnetic and attract what we will actually create. Keep your emotions and feelings on Love and Light and Divine Grace.
