Today is a 4 Frequency day with a 33 Sub-frequency influence.
The I AM Keyword phrases for 4 and 33 are:

33 – I AM Compassionate Consciousness in Universal Service
Being a single digit number, the 4 Frequency is associated with the Physical World and the Individual, and it holds a Masculine (+) Positive Charge.
The 4 Frequency is about work. It is about creating limits, boundaries and a solid foundation upon which to build. It is represented by the Sacred Geometric forms of the Square and the Cube; equal in all ways and holding a unifying principle. The 4 Frequency, through the Sacred Geometric forms of the Square and the Cube brings light into your body and your life in a balanced manner, and assists you in holding your world in equilibrium. It helps you to build your life upon a strong and solid foundation.
The 4 Frequency teaches the lesson of steady growth through patience, and shows the value of a strong work ethic; but above all it teaches us about our work in Service to Others and about doing our share of any necessary work, both in the physical world and in the Spiritual world.
The 33 Frequency is the initial energy of The Christ Consciousness, and lends its self in showing us how to hold Compassion for others without becoming attached to the dramas of their lives. We must understand that if we are to be of the most assistance possible to the positive forward movement of the Spiritual Awakening of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity, we have to learn to allow others the right to experience the journey of awakening they are creating for themselves upon the path of human life without becoming attached to the dramas and low vibrational frequencies their negative emotions create; for if we don’t we are actually adding to exactly what it is we desire to help heal and release.
This is the same main frequency combination we had back on the 3rd of this month. On that day we were in the preparatory stage of the Cleansing and Releasing work we are doing this month, but today we are in the mid of doing the actual Cleansing and Releasingwork.
Through the frequencies of today we are being given assistance in the Cleansing andReleasing of what no longer serves our Highest Good; but beyond that we are being asked to really look at how our work on Self affects the Collective Consciousness as a whole and to keep this in mind; because today we are being asked to not only do Cleansing andReleasing work for Self, but also for the Collective Consciousness of which we are each a part.
We are being asked to consciously and earnestly think about the fact that all the work we do for our Self individually is also actually doing work on and for the Collective Consciousness of Humanity. We are being asked to “know” this, because through this “knowing” and by consciously keeping this knowledge and thought within our daily Sacred Work and at the forefront of our thoughts we affect the healing and awakening of the Collective in a much more efficient and expeditious manner.
In a very basic sense today is about doing work in service to others; learning how to hold Compassion for others and the issues of the world and doing what we know is our share of the work in resolving those issues, but doing so in a way where we always hold the Highest Frequency of Love and Compassion we possible can while being surrounded by the low vibrational frequencies created by the masses of the Spiritually Unawakened.
We have to Build a Foundation upon which to stand where we can see and deal with the trauma and drama of the everyday world, while constantly and consciously holding the frequency of the Christ Consciousness.
When we do this we radiate a light of love that others will see and aspire to, and we can lend them a helping hand up onto this Foundation we, as Spiritually Awakened Beings are creating. One that sets a new Foundation for a New Reality where Love and Light hold everyone equally; one were everyone can see their own Light within.

For those of you, who are consciously participating in the work of Completion andReleasing of the last vestiges of what no longer serves our highest good this month, this is the third day of a nine day period when we do the Cleansing and Releasing of what we spent the 1st through the 9th of this month looking at and making lists of what we desire to detach from our energy fields.
I know we have made some fairly long lists of people, events, situations and issues that we know have served their purpose in our life and learning and awakening process and we now need to release, so for these nine days we are going to be focusing on letting go of what it is time to let go of. And remember, for every bit of work you do on Self, you do this same work for the Collective Consciousness of Humanity.
Kyra and I have recorded a meditation to be used in conjunction with this work. It is a meditation designed to lead you through the process of detaching energetic cords attached to what no longer serves your Highest Good.
This Meditation can be used daily if you like. It is all a matter of what you are led to do by your Higher Self.
My suggestion is you use this Meditation between one and five times between now and this coming Friday, (March 14th) when I will post the next meditation to be used in conjunction with this month’s work of Cleansing and Releasing. I intend to make these Meditations available as free downloads; that way you can record it to your ipod or other devise which will allow you to use them with ease.
