A UFO that appeared during the Olympics opening ceremony in London is arousing a lot of speculation. The unidentified flying object was seen flying through the air just above a brilliant fireworks display that signaled the start of the 2012 Olympics on Friday, July 27, 2012.
Every moment of the 2012 Olympics is being recorded, broadcast and scrutinized, so it comes as no surprise that multiple viewers spotted the UFO. There are plenty of theories circulating about the identity of the unidentified flying object, but one viewer has taken it one step further by preparing a side by side comparison of the Olympics UFO with a photograph of an unidentified flying object from the 1940s.
