ORMAN, Okla. — It was early Thursday afternoon at the makeshift animal shelter at the Cleveland County, Okla. Fairgrounds, and Erin Brickman had yet to sleep from the night before.
The volunteer vet tech stayed up all Wednesday night to comfort dozens of tornado-displaced dogs and cats saved after Monday’s massive EF5 tornado ripped through the Oklahoma City suburb of Moore.
