Self Care, Safety and Comfort

As you move into your new world, there will be things from the old that will beg you to stay.  Thoughts, recurring programs from the past and yes, even people.  One of things you need to ask yourself is, “Will keeping this help or hinder my growth and learning?”  If the answer is no, then release it.  It may be painful and there may be some grief involved but, settling into your new world is about self-care, safety and comfort.  You have been working so hard and for so long, you owe yourself these things!  The Universe is behind you 100% of the way! ~ Creator

Dear Ones, you are always, always being provided with exactly what you need for your expansion and evolution. If there is something you need to experience and someone else is not ready or willing to have that experience with you, another will come in to serve your growth.

You can rest assured if another is resistant to evolution it will never stall your own enlightenment journey. Their free will is always respected and supported, as is yours, and the universe will shift to provide you new circumstances that allow you to continue your own growth and expansion.

Do you see? Everyone is honoured in whatever choices they make, in a beautiful flow of love and support that is always shifting to meet everyone’s needs. Your desire for your own evolution is always heard and supported and can never be derailed by another’s lack of participation.

Sometimes souls will decide to break apart for a time to learn individually and then reconnect in the future.  In fact, there are times when that is the only way the next phase of growth can occur for one or both of the people. Again, this is part of the beautiful dance of the universe – souls lovingly moving together and moving apart, all depending on what is for the highest good of everyone involved. Now that you are well into the shift, how are you feeling?  It may still be a little rough, things may still feel ‘topsy-turvy’ and a little out of control.  But The Universe believes these are things you can handle.  The heaviness you have been experiencing will fade and a new feeling will begin to take its place…excitement!  Imagine what it was like when you were young, and your teacher said it was time to line up for a field trip.  Sure, there was a little chaos at the beginning when everyone was jostling to find their place but, soon after, all was neat, orderly and you were ready to go! Life is interdependence. Nobody is independent, not for a single moment can you exist alone. You need the whole existence to support you; each moment you are breathing it in and out. It is not relationship, it is utter interdependence. Remember, I am not saying it is dependence, because the idea of dependence again presumes that we are independent. If we are independent then dependence is possible. But both are impossible; it is interdependence.

What do you say? Are waves independent from the ocean or are they dependent on the ocean? Neither is true. They are the ocean, neither independent nor dependent. The ocean cannot exist without the waves, the waves cannot exist without the ocean. They are utterly one, it is a unity.

And so is our whole life. We are waves of a cosmic ocean of consciousness.

And the person who is capable of being still, silent, accepting of pain, frustration and misery, transforms the very quality of misery itself. To him, misery also becomes a treasure; to him, even pain gives a sharpness. To him, even darkness has its own beauty, depth, infinity. To him, even death is not the end but only a beginning of something unknown.

Do Not Give Up

The Universe knows that some of you may be experiencing a bit of a rough ride.  The changes you are going through now are challenging…it may be frustrating and stress-inducing.  The Universe also wants you to know that you are going to be okay!  Again, this is not being done to ‘teach you a lesson’ or ‘punish you’.  Every part of you is being shown a much different way of looking at things and the human brain will, on occasion, have a hard time adapting.  You are being asked to release judgement of yourself (and others), remember to breathe and know that, once this wave is over, some great strides toward the existence you have been longing for will be attained.  Do not give up, you are doing an amazing job! ~ Creator

As you grow and evolve it can be easy to forget how far you’ve come from where you were when you started on your awakening process. We understand in your excitement and desire to help that you want to share all you’ve learned.

While we encourage you to honour your desire to help and serve, it is so important to meet people where they are. Offering information people aren’t ready to hear or haven’t asked for can make them very uncomfortable and can result in them not only rejecting your information but you along with it.

So what if you don’t know where others are or what they are ready for? Wait for them to ask and allow them to take the lead and set their own pace. And remember, the one element that is universal and always applies is love. My idea of heaven is not unearthly. Heaven is here -- you just have to know how to live it. And hell too is here, and you know perfectly well how to live it. It is only a question of changing your perspective, your approach towards life.

The earth is beautiful. If you start living its beauty, enjoying its joys with no guilt in your heart, you are in paradise. If you condemn everything, every small joy, if you become a condemner, a poisoner, then the same earth turns into a hell -- but only for you. It depends on you where you live, it is a question of your own inner transformation. It is not a change of place, it is a change of inner space.

Live joyously, guiltlessly, live totally, live intensely. And then heaven is no more a metaphysical concept, it is your own experience.
