As you explore, understand and release the negatives in your life, it is perfectly okay for you to feel sadness or grief. Whether they were your own decisions, things you allowed that, in hindsight, were not the greatest or experiences you had because of those decisions, they helped get you to where you are now. You do not have to forget; keeping those memories is called wisdom. You may not be ready to forgive…yet. This process is all about being on your time. Move at a pace that is comfortable for you, ask The Universe for assistance when you feel stuck and know that all will be well. ~ Creator
Don't be unnecessarily burdened by the past. Go on closing the chapters that you have read; there is no need to go back again and again. And never judge anything of the past through the new perspective that is arriving, because the new is new, incomparably new. The old was right in its own context, and the new is right in its own context, and they are incomparable.
What I am trying to explain to you is: drop guilt! -- because to be guilty is to live in hell.
Not being guilty, you will have the freshness of dewdrops in the early morning sun, you will have the freshness of lotus petals in the lake, you will have the freshness of the stars in the night. Once guilt disappears you will have a totally different kind of life, luminous and radiant. You will have a dance to your feet and your heart will be singing a thousand and one songs.

All the old religions have supplied you with readymade answers. Manu has given his commandments, Moses has given his commandments, and so on and so forth.
I don't give you any commandment. In fact the very word commandment is ugly. To command somebody is to reduce him to a slave. I don't give you any orders, you are not to be obedient to me or to anybody else. I simply teach you an intrinsic law of life. Be obedient to your own self, be a light unto yourself and follow the light... Then whatsoever you do is the thing to do, and whatsoever you don't do is the thing that has not to be done.

Many of you have been uncomfortable with your feelings and emotions, attempting to deny or gloss over them in the past. You are now understanding that they need to be acknowledged and dealt with, but that can still feel daunting as it is a new skill you are developing.
Your emotions are not the enemy, Dear Ones, they are simply and indicator on what needs your love and healing in the case of what you consider to be negative emotion, or feedback for what is in resonance with your soul in the case of what you consider to be positive emotion.
From that understanding you can now view your emotions as a beautiful feedback tool for your own state of alignment and simply thank them for their service. Life moves so fast; it is a dynamism, it is not static. It is not a stagnant pool, it is a Ganges, it goes on flowing. It is never the same for two consecutive moments. So one thing may be right this moment, and may not be right the next.
Then what to do? The only possible thing is to make people so aware that they themselves can decide how to respond to a changing life.
Each heart, each soul, each human deserves to be treated as such. It does not matter what they wear, who their friends/family are, where they are from, what they choose to/not to worship, where they live or where they are choosing to go. Each and every one of you is living your here and now, walking the path you are meant to take and in a way that works specifically for you! When you decide within yourself to shame, exclude, harass or abuse another because their views differ from yours, you are choosing to hurt yourself. Yes, there will be differences of opinion, however, you know…in your gut…when it crosses a line. Be a bringer of understanding, love, joy and peace. It is much easier and takes up less ‘brain space’ but, fills so much of your world with good. ~ Creator
What is presenting for many enlightening human beings right now is the opportunity to heal ancestral trauma. For many of you this means reviewing your upbringing and lineage.
Some of you are discovering secrets about your family, details you didn’t know about that are simply extra pieces of information to allow you to process and release the full scope of energy you wish to move beyond. For many of you, this old theme will finally be wrapping up and becoming part of your past story, not your current energetics.
This is the completion of a major area of focus you wished to explore in the first phase of your incarnation. You are putting the finishing touches of healing on this because these are energies that are not aligned with the next phase of your incarnation, and need to be left in the past.
This means taking any gifts that came from the situation, acknowledging all of it, honouring your feelings, acknowledging them with love, thanking them for their service, and letting them go. A great many enlightening human beings have backgrounds of abuse, having chosen difficult paths for the purpose of developing compassion and keeping their own sensitivities on high, for those specific traits would serve them well as they stepped into their purpose and service as adults.
Forget all about what you have been told, "This is right and this is wrong." Life is not so fixed. The thing that is right today may be wrong tomorrow, the thing that is wrong this moment may be right the next moment. Life cannot be pigeonholed; you cannot label it so easily, "This is right and this is wrong." Life is not a chemist's shop where every bottle is labeled and you know what is what. Life is a mystery; one moment something fits and then it is right. Another moment, so much water has gone down the Ganges that it no longer fits and it is wrong.
What is my definition of right? That which is harmonious with existence is right, and that which is disharmonious with existence is wrong. You will have to be very alert each moment, because it has to be decided each moment afresh. You cannot depend on readymade answers for what is right and what is wrong. Only stupid people depend on readymade answers, because then they need not be intelligent. There is no need; you already know what is right and what is wrong, you can cram the list, the list is not very big.
Today The Universe would like to speak to you about balance. It can be a challenge to go from a full-on dissemination of information into a rest period and back into full-on. If you are new to the process, the effects on the human body may be a bit of a shock. This is where your skills come in. (Smiling)
You have been given the tools to navigate these changes with grace and ease but, sometimes, it is neither graceful nor easy. The best thing to do in moments like these is to breathe! Being consciously aware of your breath will help you maintain your center. Keeping your thoughts positive will help you to stay on your best path even though it may be a little rough. Grounding, in whatever manner you choose, is also of great assistance. Being fully here, on your Earth plane, may be the last thing you want to do. But it is necessary for the health and well-being of your chosen vessel. The Universe, of course, is always available for assistance whenever you need it. What would it be like to be healed? As you make the pivotal shift from doing to being, at some point you will move away from the practice of endlessly looking for what needs healing and simply allow yourself to be healed. We love you for your diligence but troubleshooting mode will always find you more trouble to shoot. What if you surrendered into being whole and healed and proceeded with the knowledge if there is anything you need to address it will come into your awareness? So remember, in the ultimate reckoning no effort is ever wasted, all efforts contribute to the ultimate climax of your growth. So don't be hesitant, don't be worried too much about going wrong. That is one of the problems; people have been taught never to do anything wrong, and then they become so hesitant, so fearful, so frightened of doing wrong, that they become stuck. They cannot move, something wrong may happen. So they become like rocks, they lose all movement.
I teach you: Commit as many mistakes as possible, remembering only one thing: don't commit the same mistake again. And you will be growing.
