Changing sleep patterns: restlessness, hot feet, waking up two or three times a night.
Feeling tired after you wake up and sleepy off and on during the day. There is something called the Triad Sleep Pattern that occurs for many: you sleep for about 2-3 hours, wake up, go back to sleep for another couple of hours, wake again, and go back to sleep again. For others, the sleep requirements have changed. You can get by on less sleep. Lately I have been experiencing huge waves of energy running into my body from the crown. It feels good, but it keeps me awake for a long time, then subsides.

Our angels are here to help us and by calling on them for assistance they are able to do their job.
At some point in our lives, we are likely to find ourselves asking for help, perhaps from no one in particular, and without knowing where help could possibly come from. We may have raised our eyes skyward or whispered our need under our breath only to find that somehow we were heard, and the help we needed arrived. It might have come in the form of a person who appeared at the right time, or perhaps it came in the form of luck, chance, or divine intervention. However assistance appears, these are times when we can be sure that there are angels watching over us.
When angels help us through life, sometimes they do so in ways that may not be immediately recognizable to us. They often deliver answers, hints, messages, and warnings through signs--signals, or anomalies in life, which let us know that they're with us.
Signs are repetitive, out of the ordinary, personally meaningful, and timed to coincide with your prayers or questions that you've posed to the Divine. There are two steps to experiencing signs from above: (1) believe in them, and (2) notice them. Amazing life transformations occur when we learn to see and use the messages the angels give us in everyday life, in all situations, big or small.
Arend Lammertink, MSc., in The Netherlands, thinks so. And his research seems to dovetail with what Drake and Fulford and others are saying. What really fascinates me is Lammertink’s claim that virtually all nations “are run as defacto corporations under the jurisdiction of the Vatican”! And that under a separate legal filing of “Common Law,” we can set up another legal jurisdiction separate from the Vatican, declare all our debts null and void and leave the Vatican holding the bag . . .
Too good to be true? Once again, if it’s science fiction, it’s brilliant, and if it’s real, as Bill Hicks reminds us, even so, “it’s just a ride.”

But I have to tell you, this is where it’s at for me in this Year of Ascension.
I said a while back that I’d presumed that many of the skills and techniques of the awareness movement (growth movement, human-potential movement) had survived to this day. More than that, I assumed that the younger generations would have taken those skills another mile down the road.

There is a great sense of hope developing on your world today as your collective thoughts focus on the arrest of the Illuminati and the restructuring of your financial systems.
