So, here we are once again at that Sacred time in the Christian World known as Easter. It is the time when the death and ascension of Yeshua the Christ is celebrated in the Western World. It is a complex celebration, with overlays of earlier Goddess celebrations of fertility and life (Astarte/Easter and the imagery of eggs and rabbits), and onto this celebration was added the energy and imagery of the renewal of the Divine Masculine through the resurrection and ascension of Yeshua.

For the past week, I have been supporting my daughter as she was experiencing a life threatening condition. I knew that she was facing what I call an “exit point”. These are the times in our life when we have the option of leaving the physical and returning to spirit or staying on the planet in a human body.

In my life lately, there have been many people who have been near death and have chosen either to leave or to stay. It’s been a challenging time, just waiting to find out what happens. It’s a time of mixed feelings, celebrating a return to spirit and mourning the loss of wonderful human beings. I must say I am very happy my daughter chose to stay.
