From the age of 17 Arno Michaels was deeply involved in the white power movement. He was a founding member of what became the largest racist skinhead organization in the world, a Reverend of self-declared Racial Holy War, and lead singer of the race-metal band Centurion, selling over 20,000 CDS to racists round the world. He now works with a group of former US gang members and white supremacists to produce Life After Hate, a monthly online magazine dedicated to basic human goodness, and has developed Kindness Not Weakness, a character development movement which addresses bullying and other destructive behaviour. In 2010 he published his memoir Life After Hate.
Two unidentified, possible pyramid complexes have been located with satellite imagery from Google Earth. One of the complex sites contains a distinct, four-sided, truncated, pyramidal shape that is approximately 140 feet in width. This site contains three smaller mounds in a very clear formation, similar to the diagonal alignment of the Giza Plateau pyramids.
Is there anybody out there reading this who has NOT felt accelerated? Or at the very least, challenged? This is the great time of purification, cleansing, and releasing of all pertaining to the old age of Pisces, in preparation for the more visionary energies of Aquarius. For those of us committed to spiritual and personal growth, there is really no other option but to embrace the higher frequencies coming in daily. Resistance causes pain, and if you are experiencing pain in any of your lower bodies, you are in resistance. The resistance may be from past lifetimes and it may be deep and subtle, or it may be from this lifetime and painfully obvious (pardon the pun). Most likely it is a little of both.
I was just about to go to bed, and had just posted this article (I mean, just posted it), when immediately after, got an email from Cobra saying that he had posted this new update. And I felt it aligned quite well with the one I’d just put up, and the 8-8-12 Lions Gate mission. So I post it this morning, right now.
Today I wanted to talk about the past 3 days around the Lion’s Gate. I wanted to write about my experiences here and share it because maybe they could be important for others around me who have probably just been experiencing the same?! The Lion’s Gate was promised as intense, and certainly this is intense! Oh my god, as they say! I am really going through it on a conscious way, that I do not know where to start .. ok, here I go and I hope to hear many other experiences or read it on the net, eventually we all go through it, consciously or unconsciously.
After putting the “De-Zonkification” up here, I basically felt I was probably through for the day. I’d had little “get up out of bed” energy, and the general theme seemed to be, get up, eat, feed kitties, get back into bed, lie there awhile, get up, drink water, get back into bed, lie there awhile, and so on.

It is important that we speak to you again this day. You have received a great deal of new information. You have also received a great deal of re-worked and expanded misinformation. All efforts to place more fear and doubt into your minds are being employed at this time.
Many lightworkers are still confused enough to read and circulate these things. “What if we are wrong? What if this is correct?” you think. After all these lifetimes of indoctrination and bad experiences, we certainly understand. It is very, very easy to let yourselves be influenced in this way. Dear friends, we ask that you refrain from spreading these things when you see them. It would be best if you ignored them altogether.

The US charged Pfizer and its subsidiary Wyeth on Tuesday with paying millions of dollars in bribes to build their business in Eastern Europe and China, and set hefty fines on the two to settle the charges.
The Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission both said Pfizer subsidiaries paid off officials, doctors and healthcare professionals in Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Italy, Kazakhstan, Russia, and Serbia during 2001-2007 in violation of the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Beyond even the medical debate over the benefits of fluoride, or an examination of the history and sponsorship of this process, there is a deeper debate taking place. This debate is not over whether or not fluoride is safe or effective, but whether the government should be adding it to the water supply in the first place.
As many argue, this practice amounts to forced medication of the population without their consent, and without regard to the case history or medical circumstances of any of the "patients" (i.e. the general public) who are exposed to this "medication."
