A Prelude to
THE STILLNESS BEGINS
22nd May, 2012 4:30 a.m.
[Sananda:] This conclave is being called to determine the date upon which the shift will begin.
You [scribe] are accompanying me to confirm to Earth that the decision has been made.
You will observe Jerusalem …. the Golan Heights …. the Jordan River.
When I post the time to begin, report to me what you observe.
[Sananda to scribe]
Uphold righteousness,
be on guard,
report any incidents that need to be reported.
The time is now
to begin the new
Dispensation.
Today is the Day of Reckoning.
Today will be the Day
that the Earth Stood Still.
Sananda: There are many things occurring on the face of the Earth that require immediate attention. Would you like to travel with me - now?
Helen: Yes, Lord.
Sananda: Then unbind your wings, and off we go.
Helen [I become weightless and we set off. I believe that more of me than usual travels as I accompany Sananda on this, our maiden voyage together.]
Sananda: We are headed to a place in the Himalayan Mountains, secure from all intruders.
Helen [I have been in this secluded crater before, at a conclave in October 2004.]
Sananda: This conclave is being called to determine the date upon which the shift will begin. You are accompanying me to confirm to Earth that the decision has been made.
Helen I am your humble servant.
Sananda: At the conclave there will be others with whom you are acquainted. They will each come forth and introduce themselves. You will record what occurs and who is present. Are you agreeable?
Helen I am.
Sananda: The sun is rising, and everyone is here. I shall address the conclave first.
“Greetings, my brothers and sisters. Today is the Day of Reckoning. Today will be the Day that the Earth Stood Still. Today the Legions of Angels and Ascended Masters will be at their post, and when the clarion call is sent out, they will begin their work””
Sananda: [To scribe] As each passes in front of you, he will give you his name and you will record it, please.
Helen I will do that. [The following came forth and uttered their name:
I am Methusaleh.
I am Gregory.
I am Michael, the Sword Bearer.
I am Henry.
I am King Lear.
I am Gabriel.
I am Abraham.
I am the one who loves you more than any other.
Helen You are my husband Ted Engel.
I am Christopher Columbus.
Helen I could not absorb the next name. I call to Sananda.
Sananda: He is Richard the Lionhearted.
Helen [Next I hear the words, "The Master of slaves."I contact Sananda.]
Sananda: He is Emperor Caesar.
I am Paul.
I am Mary, mother of Jeshua.
I am your sister MaryAnn.
We are the Three Minstrels, at your service.
I am T C Douglas [voted as the greatest Canadian].
I am J F Kennedy.
Sananda: This will be the first delegation to meet with the space brethren, and to determine their plan. Let he who has ears listen. This is not a battle, nor a war. This is an assembly of holy souls who have volunteered to keep counsel and to be on guard as the stillness begins. Their only purpose is to uphold righteousness, be on guard, report any incidents that need to be reported.
[There is a pause as each warrior goes to his or her station.]
Sananda: And you, little one, will be stationed in Nazareth, on our hill.
Helen [We played together on the hill in Nazareth.]
Sananda: You will observe Jerusalem. You will observe the Golan Heights. You will be aware of the Jordan River. When I post the time to begin, report to me what you observe.
Helen [I remain beside Sananda, sort of as a recorder of events. I wonder if what I am experiencing is a time warp forward. There is absolute silence, except the sound of the keys on the keyboard. I remain in the stillness. I bow my head and allow the stillness to absorb me. We are all One in the stillness.
The Creator, and the Creator's Son, now take over not only Earth and its inhabitants, but also the planets in this galaxy. I am unaware of other galaxies. Sananda joins Creator and leaves me at my post. I remain calm, knowing that the Three Minstrels are at my side.
The stillness begins. It is 4:54 a.m. Central Daylight Time (Winnipeg Time) on Tuesday, May 22, 2012.] My recording is complete. The stillness has begun.

Helen [I believe that I have returned from sped-up time to normal time. Sananda is not here. I shall retire again. I am at peace. I have done what I was asked to do.]

Sananda: Dear ones, the time has come. You may deliver the message. It is of stillness, it is of truth, it is of love.
I have ordained this one to carry forth the arms of battle and the voice of truth as I come before you and deliver the battle cry of the Caesars of Old.
I have ordained this one to carry forth the plans of old to conquer the enemy of truth.
I have come before you to rid the world of the filth of the minions who oppose the Light.
[Pause]
[To all Light Workers]:
Please consider the power of the Light. and consider your role as the stillness begins.
We are the ones we have been waiting for. The time is now to begin the new Dispensation.
Truth rings out, and the Heavens Rejoice.
The Stillness has begun. Alleluja! Begin!
