Metatronic Frequency Report & Cosmic Meditation Information
NOTE: For the sake of simplicity and efficiency I am sharing the information about theJanuary 2014 Cosmic Meditation at the end of this report.

Today is a 5 Frequency day with 77 and 99 Sub-frequencies influences, and a 111 Active Potential.
The I AM Keyword phrases for 5, 77, 99 and 111 are:
5 – I AM Adventurous Change
77 – I AM the Divinely Inspired Synthesis of Spiritual Intuition and Physical Intelligence
99 – I Am Universal Love Shining Forth
111 – I AM Multi-dimensional Thought Energy Set into Motion
The 4th of January brought us the energy of the 3/99 Frequency combination, allowing us to Create the base frequency; the 99 Frequency holding the energy of Divine Grace, for our month long, (twenty-two days to be exact), Cosmic Meditation.
Then on the 5th, the 4/99 Frequency combination lent its energy to us setting into place the Foundation of this Divine Grace Cosmic Meditation designed to begin the healing process of the energy of the Masculine Frequency Portion of the Collective Consciousness’ psyche.
The 99 is our Frequency of Divine Grace and Universal Love Shining Forth on us and Earth for the intended purpose of beginning the healing of the wounds suffered by the Masculine Portion of the Collective Consciousness’ psyche, and the 111 is the Conception; Thought Energy Set into Motion, of the work of this Cosmic Meditation we begin today.
The 5 Frequency, today’s main frequency is about change and adaptability. Here lies the energy bandwidth that feeds the soul of the Spiritual Visionary; the one not satisfied to live within the confines of the box created and maintained by the status quo.
The 5 Frequency energy loves change and is always looking for the next great adventure into the unknown. That occurrence that once experienced will change their perspective of reality forever.
The 5 frequency holds a neutral charge, so it allows for open-mindedness; it is simply about going in search of the “Truth” no matter where it is found. The 5 Frequency lends us assistance in having the courage to step out beyond our comfort zone; that small confined Box created by the mainstream consciousness mindset, and test the waters for what else just might be true.
This frequency also teaches the Right Use of Free Will, and although there is still much work to be done on Self before it can be ignited, the Spark of the Divine Rational Mind lies within the Frequency of the 5.
The frequency of 77 is about Creative Thought and Expanding our Perspective of our Reality. It is the frequency where the melding of our Spiritual Intuitive abilities blending into cohesion with our Physical Intellect begins to transpire. This Frequency stimulates, motivates and inspires the initial igniting of the Divine Rational Mind.
Within this frequency the Spark of the Divine Rational Mind that has lain dormant in the 5 frequency has its first initial igniting.
Today’s frequency is all about being Adventurous and taking that look into the Realms of Spirit to see for yourself if in fact they are true, so if you are one who has a fear of change, but has always had an interest in knowing if you are capable of hearing the Voice of Spirit or if you do indeed possess Psychic abilities, today’s energy will support you in taking that first step in testing these waters within yourself.
Today’s 5/77 Frequency combination lends assistance in being Courageous and saying….“I AM going to see for myself what is beyond this limiting belief system others say I should be confined within. I Will Not let my fears and the fears of others stop me anymore.”
So today… go look and see for yourself if what so many are saying about our World and Reality being so much more than what Mainstream Conventional Thinking says is all there is to life is the Truth. Take that leap of faith and step out and do what you have always wanted to do, but never have had the courage to do.
If you already know for yourself that our Reality is much more than what Mainstream Society says it is, and you have been putting off testing your Spiritual Abilities and Gifts, today is the perfect day to begin practicing and honing your Gifts and Talents. So stop procrastinating and begin!

January 2014 Cosmic Meditation
Remember I said this Meditation is intended for the purpose of beginning the healing of the wounds suffered by the Masculine Portion of the Collective Consciousness’ psyche.
During the twenty-two days of this Cosmic Meditation there are three periods of In-breath and three periods of Out-breath.
The first In-breath is taken on the morning on Monday, January 6th, and held until the evening of Thursday, January 9th, when we begin the first Out-breath.
We then have a five day Out-breath period before the next In-breath on the morning of Wednesday, January 15th. We continue the In-breath work until the evening of Saturday, January 18th, and once again we have a five day Out-breath period before the last of the three In-breath periods.
The third and final In-breath is taken on Friday, January 24th, and the final Out-breath occurs on Monday, January 27th, the day of the second Super New Moon this month, and takes us to February 1st. This second New Moon holds a 3-11-5 frequency; (3) Creation of (11) the Expansion of Spiritual Awakening and Understanding of our Reality (5) through Visionary Change.
So you can see by these dates we have a nine day sequence with each In-breath/Out-breath cycle broken into 4 & 5 day periods; (4) this is our Foundation work, and (5) is our Visionary Change.
Now obviously we are not being asked to physically hold our breath for four linear days, or to exhale for five linear days.
What this is showing us is the type of work and the focus we are to concentrate and center on.
On the In-breath days our focus will be inward. On these days our meditation work will be on bringing the energy of the 99 Frequency of Universal Love and Divine Grace into our Individual Energy Matryx Grids, and allowing it to permeate every fractal particle of our Consciousness.
On the Out-breath days our focus will be outward from Self. On these days we will gently exhale the energy of the 99 Frequency out from Self, and use this action to connect with all other Beings of Divine Light and Love, of Earth and other Cosmic dimensional planes working with us on this healing endeavor. This will allow us to strengthen our conscious communication connection with other humans and with our Cosmic Multi-dimensional family.
With each nine day cycle we breathe in more deeply and exhale more fully, thus expanding the distance our Consciousness reaches.
I know we all lead busy linear time lives, but for those who feel the call to participate in this twenty-two day Cosmic Meditation, please try to find at least fifteen to twenty minutes to devote to this work each day.
