Dear Ones, so many of you are so unnecessarily critical of yourselves. You are having both a human and a spiritual experience at once. You are also experiencing unprecedented energies and pioneering the shift. Rather than berating yourself if you handle something in a way that is less than your preferred way of being, we suggest celebrating the fact that you have shifted back into a higher perspective that can see other options and having love, compassion, and understanding for the part of you that temporarily forgot.
