A main focus in the times you are in right now is how you are feeling, and how others are feeling. This is anchoring in a new habit of awareness, consciousness, empathy, and compassion, which will create greater connection both within and with others.

When life was so busy many of you simply didn’t have the time, the space, or the energy to be able to truly connect with your feelings and needs. This resulted in disconnection in many forms. The time out so many of you are experiencing was required in order to move you back into a healthier balance and state of connection. It is allowing you an opportunity to get in touch with who you really are and what your needs and matches are.

It takes 21 days to establish new habits within the brain. Even greater shifting occurs on much deeper energetic levels at the 40 day mark. There is far greater purpose to your period of seclusion than many of you are aware of. This is an essential part of the global reset we have been speaking of. It is all designed to set you up to move forward into the next phase of your incarnation in new and far more conscious and empowered ways. This explains why so many of you are feeling that when you emerge things will be forever changed.

So trust, Dear Ones. Allow the wisdom of your soul to lead you forward. Embrace the gift of time if you have been given it, as well as the period of transformation you are in. It is profound, and powerful, and will serve you well. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young

It happened in Soviet Russia.... When the revolution came and the communists changed the whole social structure, the czar was killed, and a strange phenomenon came into existence. The people who had killed the czar turned out to be greater czars than the czars themselves. Josef Stalin proved to be far more terrible than Ivan the Terrible. Ivan is nothing compared to Josef Stalin.

And it is a natural phenomenon. I am not blaming Josef Stalin at all, I can understand what really happened. If you fight with the czar you have to learn his ways, and by the time you are the winner you have learned the ways so skillfully, so efficiently, they have become your ways. You start practicing the same on your enemies. That's why every revolution has failed. Persons change but the structures remain the same, because the idea of "freedom from" is basically wrong.

SHARING CAN HAPPEN IN TRUE EXPERIENCE IN THE SIMPLICITY OF BEING PRESENT, AWAKE AND AWARE, FOR WE ALL HAVE THAT AS OUR DIVINE NATURE. THE CHALLENGE OF LIFE IS TO LIVE IT AND TO LIVE IT WHERE IT ALL STARTS WITHIN YOU. Shelley’s Note: One of the things that has always amazed me over the years of working with Gabriel is how often he gives information before you need it. Yesterday this recent daily message from March 7 came back into my awareness and I was struck by how it so perfectly applies to what we are going through right now. Since it is thursday I decided to share it again as a throwback thursday post because I feel that it even though I just recently shared it, it has more impact today than the day it was posted. I hope you are being safe, honouring your needs and feelings, and are able to find some of the gifts this peeling back process is opening up for us. We are all in this together.

Many of you, as you have wrapped up the first phase of your incarnation, may have found your life stripped down to bare essentials. You have left the old behind, you haven’t quite connected fully to the new, and may feel in a state of suspended animation or unsure of how to proceed.

This phase is much like doing a complete renovation on a home you have lived in for a long time but has become outdated. In order to really update it, it is often necessary to ‘take things down to the studs’. You peel everything back to the basic structure so you can examine all the systems in place, make any repairs that are necessary, and then start to rebuild. It’s not uncommon to find beautiful things, as well, that have been hidden from view until you began this process!

All political reforms are reactions -- and when you react you are never free. This has to be understood. It only gives you an appearance of freedom, but it is never true freedom.

Out of reaction, total freedom is not possible. Out of reaction, true freedom is not possible. And only total freedom is true freedom.

You can go against the past, but just in being against it you are caught by it from the back door. That's why it has happened again and again that with whomsoever you are fighting, you become like him. Choose your enemies very carefully, because you will be determined by them! Fighting with them, you will have to learn their strategies, obviously. You will have to learn their tactics, you will have to learn their ways. Slowly slowly, enemies become very alike -- more alike than friends.

The growth and learning that comes from a connection with yourself and The Universe.

The reestablishment of your connection to and with the Earth and nature.

The re-discovery of a deeper level of kindness and compassion for those around you.

Think of it as a crash course in remembering what is important.  You may not fully understand what is happening or what may be coming and that is okay.  The Universe asks you to see being present, fully engaged in this moment and alive as a gift that has yet to show all its benefits. ~ Creator
