Joy wells up when you have broken the ice of sadness that surrounds it. In fact, sadness is like the shell that surrounds the seed; it is protective, it is not the enemy. Once the seed has dropped its protection, is surrendered into the soil, the shell has died, only then the sprout is born.

It happens inside exactly like that. Meditate on anything negative, and slowly slowly you will be simply taken by surprise -- that sadness turns into joy, that anger turns into compassion, that greed turns into sharing, and so on, so forth. This is the science of inner alchemy: how to change the negative into the positive, how to change the base metal into gold.

There is a belief that comfort comes from everything staying the same. This is false, and we will explain why.

Your soul’s natural tendency is towards growth and expansion. When it is denied that freedom, it will begin to experience dissatisfaction and discomfort.

It is your mind that believes it finds comfort in everything staying predictable and the same. But this will always fail because by resisting expansion you are trying to thrive in energies that will expire, and in fast moving energies they will expire quite quickly.

By embracing flow, forward movement, and expansion, you not only move back into the heart, you harness the energies that continually support your evolution and always lead to your next best experience.

Let us put it this way. It is the difference between enjoying fresh food every day and trying to live off what is in your refrigerator indefinitely. It may sustain you for the short term, but eventually it will become unable to nourish you in ways that allow your highest good and ability to thrive.

When sad, meditate on it.

Don't be in a hurry to get rid of it, don't be in a hurry to get occupied somewhere else so that you can forget it. That will be missing an opportunity, because sadness has its own depth, sadness has its own beauty, sadness has its own taste. Live it, relax into it, be it -- and without any effort to escape, without any effort to get occupied somewhere else. Let it be there -- enjoy! It is a flowering of your being. Sadness too is a flowering of your being.

And you will be surprised: if you can meditate on sadness, sadness will reveal its secrets to you -- and they are of tremendous value. And sadness, once it has revealed its secrets to you, will disappear. Its work is done, its message delivered. And when sadness disappears, joy arises.

GOD DAY OF ENERGIES BOUNCING AROUND US AND THROUGH US. AS WE AWAKEN, SHIFTS OF TRANSFORMATION ARE TRANSFORMING US INTO A GREATER LIFE EXPERIENCE IN OUR CONNECTION TO EVERY BLESSING WE CAN HAVE. THIS MORNING WAS SOMEWHAT DIFFICULT TO FIND MY MOTIVATION AND DIRECTION. I HAD TO GIVE MYSELF A "TIMEOUT." LOL. I SAT WITH THE ENERGY AND THE FEELINGS JUST TO SEE WHAT WAS GONNA HAPPEN. WHETHER I WAS GONNA BE A "BUMP ON A LOG" OR ACTUALLY MOVE THE ENERGY FORWARD BY SHARING IT. WELL, LOOKS LIKE I MADE MY CHOICE. LET'S MOVE SOME ENERGY AS WE DANCE AROUND AND SING OUR SONGS. NOW I AM FEELING IT. ❤️

TO MAINTAIN THE FLOW OF ENERGY OF HIGH VELOCITY LIGHT VIBRATION REQUIRES CONSTANT FOCUS OF THE DIVINE PRESENCE WITHIN ME. THERE ARE ALWAYS THOUGHTS FLOATING AROUND THAT JUST WANT TO MAKE ME A NEGATIVE GROUCHY OLD MAN. WELL, I DON'T CHOOSE TO ENTERTAIN THOSE THOUGHTS. I KNOW BETTER ABOUT WHO I AM AND THE LOVE I HAVE TO SHARE. THE LETTING GO OF THE LOW VIBRATIONAL ENERGY AND FOCUSING ON WHAT IS POSSIBLE AND WITH HIGH DIVINE INTENT MAKE IT HAPPEN. WE GOD US AND WE ARE BRILLIANT TOGETHER. OH YEAH, I AM STILL CLEARING THE SPACE WITHIN ME FOR LOVE TO STAND AND GOD TO FEEL WELCOME IN MY HEART OF EARTH CONNECTION. LIFE IS A BLESSING WHEN LOVE IS PRESENT, AWAKE AND AWARE WITHIN OUR HEARTS, WITHIN MINE THAT'S A "MUST." I AM ONE OF THOSE "OVER ACHIEVERS" AND I DON'T EVER GIVE UP. MY MISSION IS MY LIFE BEING LIVED AS SIMPLY AND AS FREELY AS POSSIBLE IN ALL I EXPERIENCE AND SHARE WITH ALL OF YOU. One of the major themes of 2020 and the new decade you have entered is expansion. Expansion is exactly how you allow your lives to get as big and beautiful as they want to be. It is safe for you to embrace expansion!

If you find it difficult to trust moving into the unknown, start small. Expand incrementally. Take a new route to work. Walk a nature trail you have never tried before. Take a vacation somewhere you’ve always wanted to visit. Learn a new skill. All of these ideas help you to observe and experience and discover what are new energetic matches to you. It is through these experimentations that you will discover that change can be a wonderful thing.

Concentration and meditation are polar opposites. Concentration narrows down your mind; it is focusing on one point. It includes only something and excludes everything else. Meditation is all- inclusive, it excludes nothing. It is not a narrowing down of the mind, it is an expansion of consciousness. Concentration is of the mind, meditation is of consciousness.

Concentration is mind, meditation is no-mind. Concentration is a tension: you will be tired of it sooner or later. You cannot concentrate for a long time, it is effort. But one can be meditative twenty-four hours, because it is relaxation.

THE DEEPER THE FEELING, THE MORE PURE THE LOVE WE ARE SHARING. WHAT I FEEL WHERE MY HEART AND SOUL TOUCH MY LIFE WITH ME IS SO MUCH MORE THAN I COULD HAVE EVER IMAGINED.
