It may not seem like it but, your Earth plane has turned a huge corner. The majority is waking up to the possibility that there may be flaws in your society and are moving to change it. Think of it as an engine that has not operated in a few decades; it is mechanically sound, the moving parts have been greased and, ever so slowly, the wheels are beginning to turn. There will, of course, be those who say that it will never work but, you…you know that it will! Keep moving forward and know The Universe has set in motion a movement toward peace that cannot be stopped. ~ Creator
As you continue to evolve, a theme that is coming up is moving beyond co-dependency into healthy connection. You may know that your interactions with those closest to you hold patterns that are no longer desired but don’t quite know how to shift them. This can feel daunting because many of these patterns have been well entrenched since childhood. Along with this, unconditional love can sometimes be misunderstood to mean allowing any kind of behaviour to continue in order to be loving.
Dear Ones, we have some simple rules of thumb to help you navigate the waters of creating healthier connections with appropriate boundaries. The first is, never become more invested in another person’s wellness than they are in their own. The second is, never become more invested in another person’s wellness than you are in your own.
You are seeking connection points that honour and empower everyone involved. There is not one solid unmovable line in the sand. There may be times where you need to step forward if someone is losing their balance to help them right themselves. The idea is that you always offer your support with an eye towards what will empower them to be able to stand on their own again.
Use no as a foundation for yes, use doubt as manure for the rosebush. Use everything that God has given to you. Nothing, nothing at all, has to be denied; all has to be absorbed, because nothing is unessential or unimportant. Even though sometimes it looks unessential and unimportant, even though sometimes it looks positively harmful and poisonous, it has not to be denied. It has not to be thrown out, because later on, on the way, as you become wiser you will repent if you threw something away, because you will need it in some situation. There are moments when poison is needed as medicine. There are moments of wisdom when just the touch of the wise man and the poison becomes nectar.
I want you to become alchemists. This is an alchemical school, a university for inner alchemy. We are trying to change the baser metal into gold. So remember, I accept your no too, I love your no too. I accept all that you are. I accept all that you are not, even that too. You are accepted whatsoever you are, and you are accepted whatsoever you are not.
You are accepted in totality.
From my side there is no question of denying anything, but of transforming it.

Now that most of the heavy lifting of this shift has passed, it is time to go within to see what you have acquired. It does not have to be a marathon session; just a quick peek to see what is new. As you acquaint yourself with these new skills, give them a little try. If things were a bit rough, they may smooth out. If things appeared chaotic, that may mellow a bit. Release any worry you may have about adapting to them, all The Universe gives you is always in your highest and best for the highest and best. ~ Creator
Most of you have felt the intensity of the last several months as you are releasing and healing the last vestiges of the first phase of your incarnation. Many of you are in the pregnant pause, the phase where you are given space to gain clarity on who you are today based on all the shifting, purging, and integrating you have done. You are getting to know yourselves again in a new, unencumbered way.
Now that you are not going to be driven by past conditioning, old soul contracts, karmic debts or agreements, or service contracts that are now complete, what is possible? What would you like to experience? What have you always wanted to do but didn’t due to other people’s needs or opinions?
What can you do now that you aren’t driven by fear? What path does your heart choose? What gifts are opening to you based on your latest level of attainment? What brings you joy? What have you always wanted to try or experience? If you had a chance to redo your entire life expression, what would you do differently based on the wisdom you now have?

I teach you the right tension between the lower and the higher, between the body and the soul, between the earth and heaven; a right tension with no antagonism. The lower has not to be denied for the higher, neither has the higher to be denied for the lower. They are together, they are two aspects of the same reality, they interpenetrate.
So I don't say drop your doubt, I don't say drop your no. I say let your no become the tension for your yes, let your no become the background for your yes. Let your no create the context in which the yes will be more meaningful. Only in contrast does meaning arise. You write with white chalk on a blackboard -- why? Because only in contrast will the white show; it will be loud and clear. Let no become the blackboard, and yes the white writing on it.
Your trust should not be a blind trust, your trust should be a trust which has eyes. Your trust should not be an impotent trust, a trust which is trust because you are impotent to say no. Your trust should be alive, strong and vital. Your trust will be capable of saying no. Say yes and yet retain the capacity to say no, then you will be surprised -- your yes has such sharpness, such brilliance, such intelligence! Then it is not blind, it has eyes to see.
