The Universe knows these shifts can be challenging for the body, mind and spirit but, The Universe also knows you are completely up to the task of continuing forward into safer, softer, more peaceful spaces. Every change you make, everything you release to be transformed to unconditional love adds to the beautiful new world you are building for yourself and future generations. Everything goes in cycles, and each cycle contains elements that serve you well for whichever energetic phase you are in. There is great wisdom in opening up and embracing whatever phase you are in with appreciation, faith, and trust, for by doing so you will harness its benefits with the utmost grace and ease.
Change and expansion are the nature of the universe. Know that each phase only lasts exactly as long as it serves you, not one moment longer. If you can take a broader perspective, you will understand that each perfectly prepares you for the next, and combined they create a model for wonderful, supported, and balanced forward movement.

Become more sensitive, more sensuous, and you will become more spiritual. Priests have almost poisoned your body into a state of death. You are carrying paralyzed bodies and paralyzed minds and paralyzed souls -- you are moving on crutches. Throw away all those crutches! Even if you have to fall and crawl on the ground, that is better than clinging to crutches.
And experience life in all possible ways -- good-bad, bitter-sweet, dark-light, summer- winter. Experience all the dualities. Oh dearest child; it is time to take a huge, deep breath and a step back to re-assess and re-group. For those of you watching and waiting; another big spin of the wheel is in process. There is nothing special that needs to be done aside from staying as grounded as possible. Shifts/changes are inevitable on your Earth plane and getting used to the new incoming energy is going to be the best thing you can do for yourself.
