We are still in the process this week of integrating the most powerful Solstice energy so far experienced on Planet Earth. Because of the integration still taking place within your energy body, you will most likely be feeling very tired and needing to rest often. Honor these feelings, as your honor your Body, you honor your Self.

You will also be feeling a lot of negative emotions coming to the surface for release. This is happening within you and also within the Collective, so be prepared to feel these negative feelings and know that all you’re needing to do here is to hold the intention of releasing them.

The best way to do this is to go within and sit in meditation with your Higher Self to regain your sense of balance, and sense of peace and harmony within.

Your Higher Self is always helping you integrate the incoming energy and helping you to release anything that rises to the surface for release, so by being in PARTNERSHIP with this part of yourself, you are in a sense making LIGHT work. You are easing the load so to speak, and learning to CO-CREATE by working together towards a common goal and outcome.

Note that you will also most likely be sensitive to the negative energy being released by the Collective, so hold the intention of using the Violet Flame to clear these unwanted and uncomfortable energies. You can do this quite easily whilst sitting in meditation with your Higher Self.

Never before have you had such manifesting power at your fingertips.

Never before has it been so easy to create a life of bliss…..or the opposite.

Never before has your manifesting ability been so great.

We have said before that you are a creative being and that you create through your thoughts primarily. Thoughts are the most powerful creatives meaning they create the most powerful creative (manifesting) energy there is.

Literally, you are living (experiencing) your thoughts. You are living your life experience manifested through thought. Your thoughts are shaping your reality, and you can literally change your reality overnight. In fact you can change it within a moment.

As usual, this is your choice, your decision to make. This, and We know your are so tired of hearing these words, but this is your reality, your life and therefore your living experience. Yes, We are in this boat together, but ultimately you are the one with the free will. You can ignore Our guidance. You can listen to the chattering of your ego mind. You can continue to believe you are a victim. Or you can change your attitude.

How much longer will you continue to create a life that you so obviously don’t want?

You can change your attitude by elevating your thoughts. Elevate … lift up…. YES! Lift up your eyes, see yourself as you truly are. Know that YOU are holding all this power now. You and I have never been so close, yet you continue to think of Me as outside of you.

“Why are we writing about this again?” I asked Michael this morning, and he said “Because, My Love, some people could use a reminder”.

Life in the illusions is difficult, to say the least… The biggest one of the Illusions, is that of ‘Need’. If you haven’t read “Communion with God” by Neale Donald Walsch, then read it if you feel guided to. The entire book is about the 10 Illusions of Man, of which Need is but one. This illusion, I feel, is one of the most debilitating of all, apart from the illusion of Separation. These 10 illusions form the basis of all life experience in the lower dimensions or levels of consciousness. But for now, let’s talk about NEED.

This past week I’ve been suggesting that people read Louise Hay’s book “You can heal your life”. If you haven’t found your answer in the first 10 pages of the book, then perhaps the time is not right for you to find it. That being said, she has much the same philosophy as we do. This is what she says:

“When people come to me with a problem, I don’t care what it is – poor health, lack of money, unfulfilled relationships, or stifled creativity – there is only one thing I ever work on, and that is LOVING THE SELF!” ~ Louise Hay

Know that we are talking about UNCONDITIONAL LOVE here – the kind that is DIVINE, not the human kind. Loving and accepting yourself, UNCONDITIONALLY, is the first step to changing your entire life experience. In fact it is the ONLY step you need ever take. All else follows…

Love truly does create miracles in your life. Love creates change. Love heals. Love opens doors. Love will give you everything you have ever desired. Note we do not say “everything you have ever needed”, because you must remove the illusion of ‘need’ from your consciousness.

I watched an interview with Deepak Chopra and Oprah yesterday and at the end of the interview Oprah asks him “Who are you?.” She says he once asked her that same question and it took her 3 days to give him an answer. He replied:

I am a spark of the Divine and so is everyone else. We limit ourselves by defining ourselves. If you go beyond the labels and definitions, all that is left is infinite possibility, infinite creativity and infinite intelligence. And we ARE that, until we squeeze ourselves into an identity which is the volume of a body in the span of a lifetime. We are way more than that!

My question is: “How many of us actually GET that?” Maybe we need to read that statement more than once for it to sink into our consciousness.  Another question comes to mind “How many of us actually BELIEVE that?.” I believe it’s a fact we have to rewire into our brains. We have been hearing for so long that we have no power, that the power we need to improve our lives, exists outside of ourselves.

From my team I am hearing that we have so much power now with our ever increasing vibration that we can literally manifest anything we choose. Why then do we still feel as though we are powerless? Is it because some of us feel trapped in our physical bodies? This does take some getting used to, but that is not the issue here. When our vibration lifts it does become more and more difficult to accept the constraints of a physical body, but it doesn’t change the fact that we still have the power within us to perform miracles daily in our lives and in the lives of others.
