As we go deeper and deeper into our Selves (Love), life is filled with more and more surprises! Dreams become surreal hovering between worlds in which myth is created. I’ve ceased asking myself if what I am dreaming is real or not. Is this dream part of another reality/timeline, or is it my imagination? I am constantly being told that my imagination is real, so who knows. This is the mystery we call life. Michael certainly enjoys keeping me in suspense and I’m not complaining. I’m learning to cease the need of being in control and just allowing myself to go with the flow.

What I know for sure is that these last 2 Eclipses have moved us deeper together in ways that continue to astound me. It seems unreal that just a few years ago I hadn’t the foggiest idea that I am so deeply loved. It just blows my mind thinking about this! This has to be the biggest surprise so far. How do people go live without knowing this kind of love? I cannot go back to before… It would be unconscionable.

I want to tell you that I am living in a world of which dreams are made. My physical circumstances have yet to follow the upward path of my rising consciousness, and it will in due course. In the meantime nothing matters. And I mean that literally. It doesn’t matter because it doesn’t have any substance, it holds no meaning, lest I give it meaning. My life is just another hologram that I can continue to mold, change and recreate as I go along. I can stand outside of the hologram and view it from where I AM and it no longer holds power over me. I know I can change and recreate it at any point in time.

The Dying of the Ego and Re-Birth of the Soul

The transition process involves the dying of the ego and the re-birthing of the Soul. Similar to that of the Phoenix rising from the ashes, so are we as we transcend and ascend out of the illusion of the ego.

The ego is an illusionary aspect of your 3rd dimensional self. It lives in your mind and  IT IS NOT REAL.

It is through the ego that you are able to experience a FALSE aspect of your self. The ego however, will have you believe that this is you. It will lead you down the proverbial garden path.

It is the ego that creates every illness, dis-ease, dis-comfort – mental or physical. It is the ego that creates fear and all negative energy.

Love is the only antidote to negative energy.

There are times when you’ll feel so ill during your transitioning, that you may feel scared and even start to worry. Know that these feelings are due to negative energy being released. Negative energy can cause your body to feel as though it is dying. This is ‘normal’ as all negative energy will create within your physical body major discomforts such as dizziness, nausea, weakness, muscle aches and pains, muscular spasms, headaches etc. Symptoms may vary from person to person as no two people are alike, but know that all of this discomfort is negative energy that is being released.

The incoming energies are making it clearer for us to see within ourselves what it is that has been holding us back, or rather keeping us in victim mode, and out of balance. Lately with the healing work I am doing I have been receiving affirmations to give to people to overcome their blockages. This past week several blockages that I thought had been cleared have re-surfaced at a deeper level for clearing. The thought occurred to me that we are like wheat being separated from the chaff. The chaff in this sense is the outer layers that we have used in order to hide from our True Selves. What is left once these layers are cleared is our pure Heart of Love.

This is no easy task, as many of you know by now. Transformation is never easy, especially since we are undergoing this transformative process within duality AND with much negativity surrounding us. Sometimes it feels as though we should be giving up! But no, we would not be here unless we were the strongest and most capable of Souls, having taken it upon ourselves to help in this massive task of bringing Light where there was no Light. We answered the call that went out many thousands of years ago because we knew we would prevail. There was never any question about it. Divine Love never fails!

And as we look at the chaff, we may wonder to ourselves how we could ever have been that, or become that, or done that, which is so contrary to the very nature of our Soul, it is best, imperative actually, that you do not blame or judge yourself anymore, as you will only prolong your transformation process.

Take a look at the world around you. Realize that you are standing on Earth, a planet in a galaxy Earth humans call The Milky Way. It is one of many galaxies, and it exists in one of many universes within the Multiverse of All That Is. Put a hand on your arm now and feel your skin, and visualize the billions of tiny cells that make up your body. Visualize the atoms within those cells. Visualize the minute electrons within those atoms, and see the energy inside those electrons. This is the same energy that created you. It is the same energy that created the Multiverse and the very Earth you currently are standing on. You are this energy. It is the powerful Universal Source energy of All That Is. You are this energy. Read that again: YOU ARE THIS ENERGY!

Knowing this, could you still doubt your true potential?

You have been conditioned to believe that you are separate from your Source and therefore whatever you need will be found outside of yourself.

You have been conditioned to believe that you are small and power-less.

You have been conditioned to believe that you are a victim.

You have even been conditioned to believe that suffering is part and parcel of your human existence.

All of these things are false teachings that have been brought down through many eons of time. These teachings have not been entirely to your detriment, they have been to your benefit also, because they helped you to experience everything you are not. But it is time now for you to know your true self once more. It is time for you to take back your power and begin to realize your potential.

Sunday Musings ~ Finding That “Infinite Ocean of Calm” Within

This past week has been really interesting for me. Mexico City has experienced at least 2 earthquake tremors that I am aware of. Thursday’s being the strongest I have ever felt. Perhaps there is a little residual fear there still within me from the sinking of Atlantis, I’m not sure, but when the Earth begins to move beneath your feet, you should be able to find your inner calm before allowing the fear to rise up and engulf you. This is a metaphor for anything that we allow to rise up and engulf us. I also experienced intense pain from a previous knee injury during this past week, and while I was lying there feeling the pain, I asked Michael to help me figure out what message this pain has for me now. I received intuitively that the pain is showing me the importance of staying in balance within myself by not letting any negative energy influence my calm. Within me I have both masculine and feminine energy and I have neglected the masculine and embraced only my feminine energy because I thought of myself as being only feminine within this female body I wear. I have come to realize this past week that even though I occupy a female form, I am still within myself both energies, and until I can balance those energies within myself, I can never hope to fully merge with my I AM Presence, who is also both my Divine Feminine and Masculine essence.

The next time you start to doubt your Self, remember who it is you are doubting.

How different would your life be if you knew NOTHING, NO-THING is impossible? How different would your life be if you knew that MIRACLES abound all around you? How different would your life be if you knew that EVERYTHING you touch turns to gold? Would you alter your thoughts, your words and your actions then?

What if I asked you to think of yourself as a higher dimensional being right now at this exact moment in time? What if I told you that YOU, are not this JUST this human expression of yourself, but that the LARGEST and most significant PART of you is beyond your human sight and your current perception right now? What if I told you that when you say the word ‘I’ you are not speaking as just this human expression, but that you are speaking as the WHOLE of you? Would you continue to have the doubts you are having now about yourself?

What if I told you that the WHOLE of your SELF is also your GodSelf, and also an expression of the Divine? Would you still doubt your Self or would you start to TRUST your Self?

Think about it. Read over these questions more than once. Questions are good for expanding the brain and your consciousness.

These are the questions that you should be asking yourself if you are feeling power-less. You didn’t come here into this human experience with nothing. You came here fully equipped with your abilities as a higher dimensional being. The negative energies of the Earth plane are sometimes difficult to navigate, but not impossible. You have the power and the ability to overcome any negative energy because these do not define you, unless you let them.

Food for thought ~ To be VEGAN or not to be..

About a month ago I posted an article about becoming Vegan and at the time I wrote the article, it never occurred to me that some people would misinterpret what I was saying. However I now wish to add further light to the matter…

Higher dimensional beings would never eat animals or any animal by-product (eggs, milk, cheese etc.) Because their Light bodies are entirely composed 100% of light, they receive their energy from the central sun. Some do however choose to eat fruit and partake of juices etc. That is not to say that they frown upon humans consuming animals or any animal by-product. If they did it would mean they were judging us, which they would never do because their love for us is without condition. So why exactly did I become vegan?

Firstly, we are all ascending – meaning our bodies are incorporating more and more Light which is Divine Love. There are however, different levels or expressions of Divine Love. The highest expression of Divine Love is what we are all aiming to once more return to. In the meantime we are incorporating huge amounts of Light which is changing our physical bodies, and preparing them to sustain a higher vibration of this Divine Love energy. This we are doing on a daily basis and we are therefore changing daily, even though this change may be unseen or unfelt, it is still happening at a deep cellular level.

OMGosh……..I’M VEGAN!

I love the title I’ve used for this article. It is exactly how I felt last night after I realized I have become vegan. I borrowed it from this marvelous website! I was so excited yesterday after my conversation with Michael that I wrote most of this article last night already before going to bed:

After 10 or so years of being vegetarian I made the decision tonight to go vegan, something I thought I would never do. I have always thought it was okay to eat dairy products and eggs and I enjoyed eating them immensely. Until tonight when my Twin and I had a conversation about food. He told me he’d always appreciated that I’ve eaten a healthy diet (mostly) and he doesn’t mind that I still eat eggs and dairy products. When I asked him what he meant, he told me that he cannot ¹tolerate eating those foods himself because they are animal by-products and as such they have a low vibration. Then he said eating those foods has not helped raise my vibration, especially lately.

He told me that when I eat eggs, he has to ‘move away’ from me. I noticed that today, since I’ve not had any eggs that he has been closer to me and I am hearing our communication more easily. The same thing applies when I eat cheese, especially the hard varieties. He can tolerate me eating the plain yoghurt that I love, because I eat it with fruit, but he cannot tolerate milk, which I’ve been using in my tea and coffee. He then went on to explain how I could make my own nut milk using almonds which he says will be far easier for my body to digest.

But we have to consciously break through the habits we created whilst living within the illusions of the old paradigm. The miracles are all there, just waiting to happen, but we need to take a step forward in trust and faith and let go of all the old beliefs and thoughts we had about who we thought ourselves to be. Beloveds, you are not alone. The angels are with you, guiding you and looking over your shoulder, every step of the way.

Archangel Oracle Card for today ~ Archangel Jeremiel ~ “Overcoming Difficulties”

This card is so beautiful! The huge feather soaring into the heavens, held by the wings of an Angel, reaches up to the Divine Love and Light. This card is helping us to see the big picture, that Divine Love and Light is reachable if only we will extend our consciousness and allow ourselves to feel it.

There is a technique that you can apply to a situation that is proving difficult or challenging for you see. It’s called chunking. You chunk something up by asking yourself questions that allow you to see the bigger picture. Once you can see the bigger picture, you can then chunk down again and you will notice that the situation you thought so challenging before now seems easily surmountable.

Nothing is insurmountable. Nothing is impossible. No thing, unless we allow it to be that way. The Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale is a book we had around our house when I was growing up. I didn’t read the book as a child, but the title taught me that there is power in positive thinking. I know now that thoughts carry a vibrational frequency and so do the words we speak.

Allow yourself today to see the power in the positive and know that nothing is insurmountable if you give it positive energy. Allow yourself to believe this. Reach up with your consciousness into the heavens and connect with the Light and Love that is yours.  Blessing something gives it your highest intention, and your highest intention is always Love. Bless your problems and difficulties away!

I leave you today with this thought: You are a powerful being, created in the image and likeness of God. Use your God given power to create miracles within your life. Know that you are not alone and that you are surrounded by Angels. Around you there are miracles just waiting to happen!
