HJ: Most people are trapped between the fear of disapproval and the desire for approval, which causes us to act in ways that are not true to ourselves, and yet, the irony is that the only way to truly lose the fear of disapproval and the want/need for approval is to be ourselves without hesitation.  To love who we are and learn to express it authentically.  Our love must come from within otherwise it is not true love, but conditional love, given to us by someone else.
