This Cancer New Moon Solar Eclipse, which is also a Super Moon, starts the Summer Eclipse season off for 2018.  The Eclipse happens at 9:48 PM CDT. We have 2 more Eclipses following this one.…the next one is a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Aquarius on July 27th, and then a Leo New Moon Solar Eclipse on August 11th.  As we enter this Eclipse season of extended emotional intensity, chaos, transformation, with some possible upheavals…it is important to work with the higher energies of each Eclipse.  This Eclipse is at 20 degrees Cancer and wherever that degree falls in your own birth chart is where you will feel the effects of this Cancer New Super Moon Eclipse!   Because this is a New Moon Eclipse in Cancer…..there will be a lot of focus on our homes, family, relationships of all kinds, security, nurturing, our inner homes, our Earth,  and our Home Land (Our Country)!   This New Cancer Super Moon Eclipse has a lot of energies being activated around it bringing in even more intensity and change.

A Super Moon….often called a Perigee Moon.  Is when the Moon comes within 90% of its closest approach to Earth.  This generates greater gravitational and electromagnetic pulls…..on our tides, tectonic plates, the Earth, all its inhabitants including ourselves and our psychic! Accelerating shifts in consciousness.

AstroEyes Evolutionary Astrology – Cathy Lindsey

This Full Super Moon in Taurus is quit an amazing Full Moon…as it is the 3rd of 4 Super Moons in a row!   This Full Super Moon is the largest Super Moon seen since 1948….and there will not be another one like this again till 2034!  It is 15 percent larger and 30 percent brighter than any regular Full Moon. This generates greater gravitational and electromagnetic pulls…..on our tides, tectonic plates, the Earth, all its inhabitants, including ourselves…..and our psychic.  Triggering….accelerating shifts in consciousness. With this Super Moon hovering so close to Earth, its effects may be more keenly felt than usual.

Goddess of the Super Moon Brings a Message to Both Sexes

The first of the 3 powerful Super Moons which will culminate this year of transformation, assists us in taking a gigantic leap forward to step further into our greatness and the expression our Truth.

There is no need to reiterate what we already know happened during the time of the patriarchy, but it is imperative now that we let go of all that discordant energy and start afresh.

This is true for men also as both sexes have lovingly taken on the role in this lifetime to help release the wrongdoing of the past.  Remember that at the very core of our being we hold both the Feminine and Masculine energy and are united as always as One.

Of course, few of us fully understand what is happening at a sub-atomic level within our energy bodies, but what is important now is to know that what we are experiencing is not our fault. We have done nothing wrong.

Our physical and emotional body is releasing much of this discordant energy now and as a result, we are suffering a vast range of symptoms that have arisen due to the clearing of the throat and sacral chakras. Needless to say, both these chakras are our power-houses!

Some of these symptoms include tightness in the throat, skin issues such as itchiness and increased sensitivity around the eyes, mouth and even swollen, chapped lips, as well as sensitivity in the ears, particularly the left ear as the left side of the physical body is releasing stuff to do with the past. Shoulders may become tight and tense with the increased tension being felt in the body. Negative issues to do with repressed sexuality are also coming to the foreground to be released.

This Full Libra Moon/Lunar Eclipse/Harvest Moon… is a powerful one!  It is also called the Blood Moon and is visible to many of us in the United States. Why Blood Moon? The main reason is that during the Eclipse the moon actually turns a reddish color..   Ancient people had sacred mysteries around blood…blood happens at birth and sometimes at death.  It also is often looked at as a cleansing….which we are cleansing the “old” to make way for the “new” at this current time.

This Full Aries Moon/Lunar Eclipse Blood Moon, Super Moon…. is also the fourth of 4 total Lunar Eclipses in a row, which is a rather rare occurrence ….which is called a Lunar Tetrad.  It is also the second Super Full Moon in a row..and the closest Super Moon of the year.  Also the fact that we have not had a Super Full Moon this close to the Earth at the time of a total Lunar Eclipse since 1982 and we won’t have another one till 2033…..and these tetrads and Super Moons…. are powerful and continue to accent the major energies of each Eclipse.

With this Full Aries Super Moon we are experiencing a ….Cosmically Intense Turning Point….in our Evolution and the Evolution of the Planet!   We are receiving a lot of cosmic energy coming in (known to some as Wave-X)…..which is an acceleration of electromagnetic energy from the Sun…..bringing in a lot of frequency shifts.    At times all this energy can feel a bit Chaotic as it is very intense and is coming from many different areas and with many different themes……all hitting and surrounding us within a short time period….and it can be a bit challenging.   Remember however…..that out of Chaos comes Creativity.   The Cosmic focus for Evolution….begins to intensify!!!

Today – January 30, 2014 – gives us the second of two new moons to occur in a single calendar month. Some are calling it a Black Moon. It’s also a supermoon, the second of this month. The first new supermoon of January came on January 1. A single calendar month won’t harbor two supermoons again until January 2018. Will you see it? No. But it’ll affect the tides.

Supermoon Rises In Weekend Night Sky

Rhiannon Yellow Star's picture

The largest full moon of 2013, a so-called "supermoon," will light up the night sky this weekend, but there's more to this lunar delight than meets the eye.

On Sunday, June 23, at 7 a.m. EDT, the moon will arrive at perigee -- the point in its orbit its orbit bringing it closest to Earth), a distance of 221,824 miles. Now the moon typically reaches perigee once each month (and on some occasions twice), with their respective distances to Earth varying by 3 percent.

But Sunday's lunar perigee will be the moon's closest to Earth of 2013. And 32 minutes later, the moon will officially turn full. The close timing of the moon's perigee and its full phase are what will bring about the biggest full moon of the year, a celestial event popularly defined by some as a "supermoon."

You can watch a free webcast of 2013 supermoon full moon on on Sunday at 9 p.m. EDT (0100 June 24), courtesy of the skywatching website Slooh Space Camera. [Amazing Supermoon Photos of 2012]

While the exact time of the full moon theoretically lasts just a moment, that moment is imperceptible to casual observers. The moon will appear full a couple of days before and after the actual full moo most will speak of seeing the nearly full moon as "full": the shaded strip is so narrow, and changing in apparent width so slowly, that it is hard for the naked eye to tell in a casual glance whether it's present or on which side it is.
