Have you looked at our sky lately? Have you seen how different the clouds look? Have you seen or felt our Sun? If you haven’t, please do… Please spend as much time as you can outside…especially in the day time.

Our lives are meant to be much more than getting up every morning and going to work environments where we play roles and wear masks that don’t fulfill us. We come home exhausted and stressed, enjoy little sleep, only to get up in the morning and repeat the same cycle over and over again. This type of lifestyle contributes to our high rates of Depression, Anxiety, Rage, Heart Disease, Obsesity, Cancers, etc…
Don’t you think we deserve more than this? Humans are not meant to live like this.
Our bodies are our temples. Are we taking care of it?
Our family is our foundation. Are we nurturing it.
This planet is our home. Are we protecting it?
We need to connect more with people. We need to build community. We need to have more fun. We need to laugh more. We need to move more. We need to hug more. We need to forgive more. We need to thank more. We need to Break RouTiNe
We need to work less. We need more vacations. We need more lazy days. We need to allow ourselves to feel good.
We are spirit first, not human body.
We are spirit first, not material beings.
We are spirit first, not robots.
If there is one lesson we can learn from the Occupy Movement is that we can do great things together.
Everyone has the right to experience beauty, health, peace, love, wealth, and abundance. Let’s create this dream together…
How does all this connect to Obama?
I ask you to join me in sending President Obama, our Nation, and our planet prayers of light, love, and peace. They need us. We need us. The more people who send light and join together in holding a vision of peace, love, and abundance for all, the faster we will create the world we have always dreamed about.
We can all help to create the world we want. We are powerful divine beings. It is time to step up to our rightful throne.
It is time for each of us on an individual level to start taking accountability for ourselves and to examine how our lives contribute or take away from creating a beautiful existence.
I believe in prayer, not because I’m religious… but because I understand our human power. We are all beautiful magical beings with a potential to manifest and create the world we want with the most benevolent outcome for all.
Don’t depend on mainstream media to give you an indication of the things I have written about because the majority of mainstream media has been designed to contain us in a bubble of fear and disbelief. I recommend you explore independent sources from all over the world. Let your instinct guide you. You will be surprised at where it leads you.

I love your words and they are music to my ears. I am getting ready to meditate today and plan a lot of that today. The president has worked day and night to get this country and world on track against great odds and we must do the same. We are all in this together and it seems like the Bank Holiday is coming (hope today). We will see. One thing we have all learned is patience-that has been the hardest for me and harder for others who have waited longer I am sure. The light has won but we will be needed now more than every to help everyone else. Love and Namaste.
