The term Breakaway Civilization was coined by historian Richard Dolan and is being used here by the insider disclosure team.

 

 

Disclosure of the Breakaway Civilization

 

 

Disclosure of the Breakaway Civilization and its many undisclosed facilities and UFO and ET activities is imminent.  This disclosure will open the way for the improvement of the planetary civilization by the availability of many technologies which are part of the breakaway civilization.  And it will release the confining truth embargo on UFO and ET activities which has been stifling the overall development of the planetary life and consciousness.

 

The imminent disclosure will open the way for many new developments of life on this planet, and will propel the planet into its natural evolution to join the various ET civilizations which are available to the participation of this planet.  

 

It is also expected that this disclosure will begin the process of opening the social systems of this planet to become much more free and accepting of the universal nature of life and evolution.

Last week I was told by this insider disclosure team that the initial  public disclosure of documents would occur before April 5, probably during the time of April 2-4.  Today they told me that it has been postponed for a week, and then they said it was postponed indefinitely.  

This does not mean that it will not occur.  

It is such a monumental historic event that there are numerous facets to it that must be coordinated for it to be successful as it is planned, in both its immediate and long term results.
