Changes To Planned "Mass Arrests" Process
=============================
1. The military tactical plans have changed, to accommodate tactical moves by the cabal.
2. No Mass Arrests have taken place so far.
3. Some arrests are being made for individual cases, as are evident in the news.
4. Plan is to arrest key individuals, and potentially make mass arrests later.
5. They may or may not take place later, depending on how this process goes.
6. The military good guys are playing a massive gave of chess with the cabal, and must take their moves carefully.
It is self-evident that most callers are very concerned (or angry) that the mass arrests have NOT happened, and is presently uncertain whether or when they will happen.
Drake stated that the green light for arrests related to the Keenan/Shrout lien(s) has still NOT yet been given. As we know, the original lien was withdrawn, to be refiled at a later date with more information and for greater impact.
There have been various topics addressed, but they were mostly ancillary issues related to the big event, which obviously has not yet happened. Some of the items mentioned were those already covered by other news articles, so won't be mentioned here.
Regarding the fireworks were told to sit back and watch, there is no further update. It is almost 10pm EST now, and PST will start their (normal) annual fireworks in about 2 1/2 hours.
Btw: It was prophesied that the "White Dragon" would fight the Red Dragon, and Drake just mentioned that he may be the White Dragon, as he fits the description. From my meager research, Drake in prior years on his blogs has referred to himself as both the "White Dragon" and the "Master Dragon", and recently as a "Rainbow Warrior".
Drake is advising everyone not to take any emotionally based reactive actions, especially not any violent actions, against whomever we may view as "the enemy".
Drake is still looking out the window to see if there any (promised) "fireworks", but absolutely nothing so far.
If I were to summarize, I view this as a down-beat disappointing update for everyone, except perhaps Lady Dragon, who is always upbeat no matter what(!)
One of the freedom workers is vocally very angry that the 18 hours per day of work by the freedom workers group (globalvoice2012) is not being appreciated.
She also said she has a friend who is a reliable source who lives in Switzerland, who told her that the bankers there are panicking and running scared. They are also afraid to leave Switzerland because they know they will be arrested.
Drake mentioned there are some forces that appear to be part of the cabal, but may demonstrate an allegiance to the us when the actual battles happen.
It's the 4th, do something good for America and celebrate our independence!

Forgot: October Martial Law, Bank Closures...
Sorry, I forgot to mention this and I don't recall the detail, but it is near the beginning of Drakes July 4th presentation at globalvoice2012...
As the result of some type of truck mishap, it was discovered that the truck contained a load of signs a) "Martial Law in Effect", and b) "Banks Closed", along with instructions for schedule and distrubution. Drake did not go into detail, except to note that the planned schedule was in October, to be displayed immediately before the planned November elections.
Perhaps we should request more detail on distribution, exact schedule, and locations.
