Russian officials announced that twenty-one forest fires were burning on May 17 on a total of over 3,000 hectares, with 2,600 hectares blazing in Buryatia and almost 500 hectares in Khabarovsk territory. Three new fires were seen in Tunkinsky National Park in the past 24 hours alone. In Buryatia, over 400 forest fires have burned more than 30,000 hectares of forest since the beginning of spring this year.

Mexico’s Popocatepetl spews fiery rock and ash, shakes buildings in nearby village
May 18, 2012 – MEXICO – Fresh blasts from Mexico’s Popocatepetl volcano spewed fiery rock and caustic ash over residents around the Mexico City suburb of Puebla, already on edge after weeks of ongoing eruption. Ash soared 2.5 miles into the sky during early Saturday’s explosion, forcing a local airport to close. Residents of the nearby village of Santiago Xalitzintla rushed into the town square during the middle of the night as terrifying rumblings and blasts caused buildings to shudder. Last week residents in eastern parts of Mexico City were provided with face masks to protect them against ash raining over the region from Popocatepetl’s blasts. Prevailing winds have so far spared the capital district from significant ash falls. Popocatepetl has become increasingly active during 2012. A major eruption in 2000 forced 50,000 people to evacuate in three states that surround the towering mountain. –Earth Week
Sirung volcano back to life and on alert level 3: new phreatic eruption and strong degassing

The Sirung stratovolcano on the remote Pantar island in Indonesia has come back to life with a series of probably phreatic explosions and strong degassing.
On May 8, 2012 a 3-hour long eruption took place. The eruption was accompanied by loud sounds and incandescent tephra observed rising 10 m above the crater. The explosion created an ash plume that reached 3.5 km altitude and drifted to the north, producing ashfall up to 4 mm thick near the crater.
During May 9-12 white plumes rose 30-50 m above the crater. A sulfur odor was reported in areas up to 3 km away on 12 May. That same day CVGHM raised the Alert Level to 3 (on a scale of 1-4) and recommended that visitors not approach the volcano within a 2.5 km radius.
Sirung volcano is located at the NE end of a 14-km-long line of volcanic centers that form a peninsula at the southern end of Pantar Island.
The low, 862-m-high volcano is truncated by a 2-km-wide caldera whose floor often contains one or more small lakes.
Much of the volcano is constructed of basaltic lava flows, and the Gunung Sirung lava dome forms the high point on the caldera’s western rim. A number of phreatic eruptions have occurred from vents within the caldera during the 20th century. Forested Gunung Topaki, the 1390-m high point of the volcanic chain, lies at the SW end and contains a symmetrical summit crater.

May 18, 2012 – MCCALL, Idaho — You could call it a mystery earthquake, a sonic boom, or maybe nothing at all. Several witnesses report waking up to what they say was a small earthquake south of McCall early Thursday around 4:30 a.m. However, those shaky claims have employees at Idaho’s U.S. Geological Survey scratching their heads in disbelief. Mickey Hart lives five miles south of McCall just off Highway 55. The 50-year-old resident said she’s experienced one previous earthquake here in the summer of 2001. The second earthquake came early Thursday around 4:30 a.m. Hart says that’s when her beloved border collie, Mr. Mac, detected the tremor before it hit. “It was four in the morning, and the house shook,” Hart said. “It woke up my husband and scared the crap out of my dog.” However, for some folks here in Idaho, those reports just don’t seem to make sense. U.S. Geological Survey Technical Information Specialist Tim Merrick said his agency’s seismographs haven’t shown any recent earthquake activity in Idaho. “If there was anything, it would almost certainly show up,” Merrick said. “Our seismology network across the United States is very sensitive.” Scott VanHoff, USGS Geospatial Mapping Coordinator, agrees. “Idaho looks amazingly quiet, and I don’t see anything,” VanHoff said, adding that the only earthquake he’d seen recorded was yesterday. USGS records show that event was a magnitude 2.2 earthquake recorded around 9:30 p.m., at a location northwest of Weiser, Idaho. However, other folks in the Valley County area maintain they positively did feel an earthquake early Thursday morning. Captain Brandon Swain with the McCall Fire Department says he heard reports of the mystery earthquake from his brother, Clint Swain, who lives near Lake Fork. “My brother was awake at about 4:30 or 5 a.m., and the earthquake woke up his wife,” Swain said. –KVTB
Spontaneous exploding rocks: A 43-year-old woman in California suffered third-degree burns last Saturday after two rocks she’d collected at the beach spontaneous exploded while she was standing in her kitchen, causing her shorts to catch fire. The rocks were in her pocket. The Orange County Register reports that the woman tried to stop, drop, and roll to put out the flames. It didn’t help. But listen to what happened next: The rocks, described as small, the size of a hamburger patty, smooth and orange and green in color, fell from the shorts onto the floor and continued to burn the wood floor and fill the house with smoke. According to Orange County Fire Authority Captain Marc Stone, “The rocks were still smoking when firefighters took them to the hospital.” Captain Stone thinks the culprit might be phosphorous. “There is phosphorous that naturally occurs on the sand at the beach, but no one has ever heard of pants catching fire.” – Gawker – see also KSDK Channel 5
Shallow 6.2 magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Aisen, Chile

Strong and shallow earthquake with magnitude 6.2 struck off the coast of Aisen, Chile on Friday, May 18, 2012 at 2:00 UTC. The epicenter was 542 km (336 miles) WSW of Castro, Los Lagos, Chile (44.594°S, 80.073°W). Recorded depth was 10 km (6.2 miles). Servicio Sismológico (U. de Chile) is reporting 6.3 magnitude with depth od 10 km.
No tsunami alert was issued.

The sounds and rumbling of Volcanoes Around Earth are Waking Up at a Alarming Rate.

This is not a game or joke our Sun gives off a Solar Wind all day year round if you live in the State of Alaska you see it in the sky above what a sight it is going through our Earth’s Magnet Polls of the North and the South, North Poll. Its Called the Northern Lights or the Aurora Borealis.
The day will come when you will be able to see it all over Earth as in the year 1859 Solar Flare, It was the largest in 500 years. Two Astronomer’s Hodgson and Carrington told the World that the Solar Flare made a Geomagnetic Storm reach Earth in hours not days. Back then it gave new meaning to Reach For The Skies from Telegraph Operators. For hours sparks flew from the key board. Even after the Batteries were disconnected. Nov 3 and 4, 2003 had a X40+ Class Solar Flare.
Our Sun’s UV Rays will get stronger as each passing day go’s by, read and i will tell you why.

The Forest Trees scrubs the Pollution out of the air and makes Oxygen from the rain and dirt that it grows in.
The Forest Trees do more then just make Oxygen they stop Soil Erosion, just Look at the 1930 Dust Bowl. Greed by our Government taxes led farmers to clear cut all their Forest and farm all the land they were being Tax on. They had to farm it to pay for the Taxes. Why leave the Trees when food crop makes Money. This Did not Help the Depression that effected most all Worldwide. This year 2012 more then 100 million will suffer from Malnutrition lack of food and Dehydration lack of water. Many will not make it and die!
Soon many will run out of Safe Drinking Water from pollution going into the worlds water supply.
In the United States of America alone more than 45 Million Americans Received Food Stamps and that number is going up every day every year for more then 3 years in a row now.
The Pollution and CO2 Carbon Dioxide go into the Tree Bark as a shield from most bugs so they do not eat the tree.
Less Forest less Oxygen this is why the moon. That has no Oxygen is very cold on the side with out Sun Light, And hot as ever on the side with Sun Light. Way too cold and too hot to live there. You would need at least 10 times the Energy we use on Earth to even live there and life on the Moon would be very short.
With no blank of Oxygen to lessen or reduce the Sun’s UV Rays and Solar Wind they are deadly there on our Moon. Every Mt. Climber and Aircraft Pilot knows the higher you go the thinner the Oxygen and colder it gets.
Just spend a night on a Mt. top above 13,000 feet with no Sun Light and you will see or should i say feel the cold stinging any of your exposed skin. If you are new to Mt. Climbing stay below 10,000Ft. The Astronauts and the Cosmonauts and Fighter Pilots that i have been with for years know this very well, and the Radiation Hazards to humans at High Altitudes.
Soon the Sun’s Solar Wind and UV rays will be way to strong for most to go out in the Sun Light for even a short time. The Geomagnetic Storm to come and the Bad Weather Storms well you have not seen nothing yet and the Sea Level is Rising the Oceans. Many Millions have been affected by Floods in China and Pakistan just last year. In 2005 Over a Thousand dead in New Orleans flood, and the list going on. The sounds and rumbling of Volcanoes Around Earth are Waking Up at a Alarming rate.
And there shall be famines, and pestilences, and Earthquakes, in divers places such as was not from the beginning of the Creation.
The last 30 years On Earth we have broke all High Temp Records and the temp it is still going up. All the Worlds Ice Glacier are melting at an Accelerating Rate. The Glaciers and Polar Ice Caps store more water than all the Fresh Water Lakes on Earth. Many of them are drying up or water levels are going down past the lowest point every recorded.
The Bad Weather Storms now are Babies compared to what is to come.
They will get even bigger and worse less Oxygen the more UV Rays to the Earth and more Water molecules will evaporate and go up into the Earth’s Atmosphere. Less Oxygen the colder with out sun light and hotter with it.
The Sky full of more water vapor molecules, more snow in the winter and more Flash Floods in the Summer. All earth will see way more fires and the Deserts are growing larger.
If every living person on Earth were to Plant A Tree Today we might have a chance.
The Earth’s Atmosphere Blanket surrounding it protects life on Earth as Our Lord and GOD will all that seek Him.
Then it is written when the tree is full it is harvest time. All the Earth will someday burn away.
