Dear Ones, do you want forward movement but resist change? You can’t have it both ways. At some point if you want to move into something you wish to experience that isn’t already part of your life, it will involve embracing change.

Many of you have fear of change, but change is a gift, a wonderful gift that brings transformation and turns dreams into reality. You feel change is uncomfortable but if you understand the very nature of the universe and your soul is expansion, it is actually the constriction of staying the same that causes the most discomfort.

What you truly have fear of is unconscious creation, which is easily rectified by becoming more aware of your thoughts, patterns, and belief systems and starting to shift them into conscious co-creation. As you step more into your faith and trust and authentic power you will feel more competent in your ability to co-create and that will bring much more joyful anticipation associated with change.

Remember, deeper love is change. Healing is change. Manifestation is change. Growth is change. Every single new thought or idea is opening the door to change. As pioneers, you are agents of change, both for yourselves and collectively. As you continue to move forward in your empowerment, you will begin to embrace change with great joy because you will know with complete certainty if you create something and you don’t like it, you can simply create again.

As you grow and gain knowledge, the voice of The Universe will become more distinct and understandable.  Just like anything else on your Earth plane, if you choose to practice, that particular skill will become stronger.  Those around you are awakening every day on a scale never seen before and many of the messages received are similar in nature.  This is The Universe’s way of giving you something that resonates until you have developed the means to interpret its messages for yourself.

Today, you are being invited to step into the gifts you were born with and begin using them on a regular basis.  Humankind is heading toward a time when all will work together peacefully and without conflict…and it is coming much sooner than anticipated.  Rest easy in the knowledge of being fully supported during this amazing process! ~ Creator

We have spoken about the power of the conscious pause – taking a moment before deciding a course of action. That is an excellent practice before your proceed in any direction in your life. But where this tool is particularly powerful is if you can remember to use it when you are triggered.

When you are triggered something has happened that makes you feel powerless, afraid, reactive, and often irrational. It is forgetting you are a sovereign being who is in charge of your own energetics and a powerful creator. It has activated a wound that is seeking your attention and that was created before you knew and operated through your own authentic power, usually from a childhood or pastlife experience.

If you find yourself triggered, the first thing we advise is that you simply stop and breathe. If you can, remove yourself from the situation. Understand that what you are dealing with has many more layers that what is presenting, which is why your reaction is so strong. Create a safe space for yourself to assess and explore, and consciously decide to take no action until you are back in a better state of alignment.

Once you have removed yourself from the situation and can recognize you are safe in your right now moment, we urge you to begin to explore your reaction. Understand that you have defaulted into a less empowered response that does not reflect the capable person you are today.

If you are feeling out of the flow of creation, we would advise you to consciously start paying attention to how many times your focus is on a no, and switch your focus to all the things you can say yes to.

Feel into the energy of a no and a yes. No’s immediately stop the flow of energy, while yeses encourage forward movement. No’s are separating while yeses are inclusive. No’s are resistant, while yeses are accepting.

How many times do you say yes to others and no to yourselves? This is a common trait among enlightening human beings and one that will keep you outside of the full experience of the love and flow of the universe is trying to provide you.

Many of you say no out of habit because you feel overwhelmed and we understand that. But a yes to support will always be far more powerful and serve you far better than a no that will separate you.

For example, imagine saying no to a party, then imagine saying yes to spending some much needed alone time. Both support your desire, but the latter still has flow and inclusion. It is a matter of not pushing against what is unwanted, but rather choosing the positive aspect of your desire.

We are not advocating saying yes to things that do not honour you, Dear Ones. We are encouraging you to start to look for all the things in your life that you can say yes to, which will automatically create more comfort, gratitude, and forward movement in both your todays and tomorrows. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young
