How can everyone in that community possibly comply? I assume they don’t have a gold mine under their house, have to go through insurance, get contractor quotes and estimates, remove possessions as possible, find interim accommodations… simply impossible. I’d like to see their legal leg to stand on to enforce this. Attorneys! They need you!

After hurricane Sandy hit the east coast, all of the mainstream media sources were praising FEMA and the governments overall response to the disaster.
I am known in your time as Francis, Francis of Assisi. I have asked to speak with you now in order to reach the hearts of many who approach this next time with apprehension and fear.
You will find that as you and I speak more with each other this will become much more natural, just as it has between you and Michael.
When I walked the earth as Francis, reaching a state of illumination, meaning being able to speak with spirit and be in communication with one’s Self, was no simple thing. Most of humanity at that time was simply trying to survive from one day to the next. Most travel could only be done by foot. If one were lucky enough to have a beast to carry him, it might be easier and a bit more speedy. Most did not leave their immediate surroundings in their entire lifetimes.
Communication was mostly by word of mouth. If one could read and write, one could still only reach as far as a piece of parchment or paper could be carried. The only education available where I lived was through the church, and that was available to very few.
This is another very significant week astrologically as we approach the full moon lunar eclipse on Wednesday, as a series of powerful conjunctions align in what we call a yod or “finger of fate” pattern. An exact conjunction of Mars and Pluto in Capricorn makes a sextile aspect to Venus and Saturn conjunct in Scorpio, both conjunctions form quincunx aspects to the Moon, which itself is in a conjunction with Jupiter in Gemini. The figure suggests that we are being stretched to integrate a new way of understanding, something that seems still just out of our grasp, and requires significant adjustment or re-alignment.
The desire to create is essential to the blueprint of each human soul. Creativity is our birthright and a primary purpose for incarnation in this realm.
Eastern philosophy cautions us that desire leads to suffering. It is important to recognize that void of desire, we would not create. Desire, in its purified state, is essential to carrying out the mission of the soul.
We may surmise that desire is the impulse behind the creation of the universe. Desire entices us into coexistence and co-creation with life. Desire is what motivates us to purify the mind.
The warning of the Buddha is well warranted, however. The human mind is stunningly complex and a great responsibility and challenge for us at this level in our spiritual evolution.

Commuters in the northern Swedish town of Umea are being treated to ultra-violet light therapy as the long, dark winter for which the Nordic state is renowned draws in.
Energy company Umea Energi has decided to install ultra-violet lights at about 30 bus stops for people, which will be in place for the next three weeks.
"This is so people can get a little energy kick as they are waiting," said Umea Energi marketing chief Anna Norrgard.
I was sitting at my computer and noticed 11:11. I thought about my cat a few minutes later and was looking for him (Soleil - Sun in English) and found him sitting by the lighted bulb and he stood there for a while. It was 11:20 when I took the picture. I am pretty sure he was there at 11:11. He truly is the Sun (Soleil) of my life. And I am the Sun of his. Purrrfect match! ^^
EDIT: I did not want cats anymore for many reasons and March 19, 2008 he CALLED me. He was on a rooftop, scared and wanting to come down. He meowed and as soon as I heard him I said to the man I was with: "A cat is calling me. Let's find it". It took at least 20 minutes to get it down and he followed us by foot most of the time on more than 2 km. Besides my love for all animals it was not my intention to adopt him, it would be my friends's cat, not mine. April 10 or 11 I had to bring him to the vet for surgery. His tail had frozen and it was black and bent. It was hurting him a lot. So they cut at least 3 inches and I had him neutered at the same time. And in May it happened: I was in love. He became MY cat. And he has been since. I spend most of my time with him. He loves lights, especially Christmas lights, around his Pet's Pad (smile). See:
2012: THE AGE OF UNITY CONSCIOUSNESS AND ONENESS IS DAWNING

I would like now to examine and discuss how we can best find unity a collective. As many of us know, unity is and will be the driving force that sees us collectively rebuilding the condition our world has been in and our finding of unity is crucial toward the manifesting of the future we wish to see come about. We simply cannot work together harmoniously if we are still separated from each other because of outer differences that have no importance in the grand picture of Life.
Mr. Michael C. Cottrell himself finally responds to my accusations of murder. In the interests of freedom of the press I will publish his response and below it I will put my reply.
Here is my response: The sources for the information that Michael Cottrell was involved in murders are many and varied and include the recently murdered Dr. Michael Van de Meer previously known as Michael Meiring. Van de Meer was poisoned by an extract of the castor bean plant known to cause heart attacks. His murderers are linked to David Eisenhower. Before his assassination Dr. Van de Meer repeatedly told me about Cottrell’s involvement in the operation to steal the wealth of the Soviet Union. There were many murders associated with that campaign.
Dratzo! We return! At present, we continue in blackout mode. We are busy establishing oversight committees to guide our Earth allies' organizations that are responsible for promulgating the new financial and monetary systems for your new realm. These committees will remain active only for the first six to nine months after the new systems come into force. The fiat financial systems still holding sway around your world are getting closer to collapse. The overwhelming debt accrued by your dark cabal is impinging more and more on the system's day-to-day operations. An enormous charade is being perpetrated for public consumption, by referencing only the amount of debt legally allowed to be carried on the books; in fact, this stated amount is about one quarter of the actual total debt. Your global economy is sliding quickly into the next series of crises that are to unravel it forever. Our earthly allies have wisely slid the new system into a position where it can take over when the 'death fall' happens. This death fall of your financial system will propel the cabal-controlled governments out of power.
As you are realising, very few of the long standing predictions for this year have come true and it has been very much a normal year. There is always much happening of a physical nature which goes largely unreported. So it is nice to report that little has happened, that could fulfil the expectations of those preparing for major upheavals and catastrophes. You can take much credit for the outcome, as the vibrations of the Earth have been considerably lifted to what the were just a few years ago. The amount of Light attracted to the Earth has lessened the need for more energetic cleansing. We of the Galactic Federation have also helped by also taking part in the cleansing, and generally preventing pollution from becoming worse. That also includes Chemtrails which had the potential to seriously affect all forms of life.
