The situation, whatever it may be, would no longer be intolerable, for tomorrow it would be on its way out. Your perception of it is already on its way out.
After that, say to yourself:
“What if this intolerable situation would be taken care of in a week? Can I manage until then? Can I be all right with it for a week?”
And, oh, yes, you could.
