The Universe knows that you may be tired of the current energetic changes and ready to get back to what you feel is your normal life.  You are being gently reminded that things from this point forward may not resemble anything you recognize as normal.  This shift was meant to change the very fabric of your existence. The ascension journey is a process of evolution that has its own divine intelligence. Not only does your body know what to do, you are also being supported energetically in the unfoldment of that evolution.

Just as there was no specific knowledge or action required by you in order for your physical body to grow and develop other than to provide the basic needs of food, water, air, and sleep, there is nothing you need to do beyond good self care in order to assist your body in its energetic process of ascension.

Be easy, Dear Ones. Trust the unfoldment that is occurring. If there is something you need to address in order to support you in your evolution it will come up into your awareness.

Please be tender and loving with yourselves as you are in a corridor of profound transformation. You cannot mess it up, for even if you tried to resist the process all that would happen is you would get far too uncomfortable before long and would simply choose to surrender back into the flow of your divine unfoldment. At this time, as most people are focused on or distracted by the ongoing and constantly updated news of the worldwide pandemic, many are very concerned and unsettled as their governments require them to stay home, or stay isolated, while the Coronavirus flows across the world bringing sickness and further anxiety to many.  It will pass, as epidemics and pandemics always do, but while it is present you do need to take extra care of yourselves, being aware of any message with which your bodies present you, and then tuning in to uncover their meaning.  Your bodies are well able to tune into the non-physical realms to access information that you are unable to access purely through your rational intellectual thought processes.  So taking quiet time alone to meditate, or just gently relax at least once each day is essential to your well-being, and by doing so you will be able to gain access to that place of peace and calm within, your holy inner sanctuaries, where Love resides.  It is always there, waiting to reveal Itself to you by way of a warm embrace that you can feel, whenever you release or quieten your fearful “what if?” thought processes and open your hearts to receive It.

Dear Ones, you are experiential beings. This means that you learn and grow through having your own experiences. This explains why you so rarely adjust course from someone telling you to do something. You will usually need to trying something yourself in order for you to have the full energetic experience of it. That is exactly why you have bodies and are existing in the realm of physicality.

As you move forward into the next phase of your incarnation, we highly encourage you to embrace the value of experience for yourselves and for others. As pioneers as you move forward into the new there is much that cannot be discovered without experience, as experience is what hones your path and allows you to continually redirect into your true preferences and highest potentials.

As you ease up the expectations on yourself to get it perfect and understand the true value lies in the experience itself, you will find your growth and knowing of yourself will speed up exponentially, as it will in others, as well.
