Astronomers have seen a huge galaxy cluster doing what until now was only theorised to happen: making new stars.

Most galaxy clusters - the largest structures in the Universe - are "red and dead", having long since produced all the stars they can make.

But cluster formation should, according to theory, include a cooling phase, resulting in blue light from new stars.

PPI claims in hundreds each day, says ombudsman

The financial ombudsman service is taking 1,500 new claims for payment protection insurance (PPI) compensation every day, figures show.

Complaints numbers have totalled 400,000, but remain only a "drop in the ocean" compared to all PPI complaints.

The ombudsman deals with cases that cannot be resolved between a consumer and financial institution.

Seven banks, including HSBC and Royal Bank of Scotland, are to be questioned in the US for alleged manipulation of the Libor inter-bank lending rate.

Barclays, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan and UBS have also received subpoenas from the attorneys general of New York and Connecticut.

There are so many things I want to share that it is really hard to even begin!  I think I want to open this up by sharing the energy and excitement of the Guardians and how much everyone and everything has changed!

 

There was a time when life was very new, very very young on this planet.  A hand full of Light Bodies arrived on earth and stayed.  At least, a part of their pure energy stayed here to always be a part of earth.  The part of earth that is Love made manifest.

 

The Light Bodies I have come to know as The Guardians.  That is actually my name for them.  When they first identified themselves to me, they actually said they were the “Keepers of Shambhala.”  I personally didn’t like the word “keeper” sounded hordy to me lol so we struck up another thing to call them.

 

There is no doubt that they used the word Shambhala for my own understanding of who and what their purpose was/is.

CHANCE OF STORMS: NOAA forecasters estimate a 15% chance of polar geomagnetic storms on August 17th in response to the possible impact of a minor CME. Arctic and Antarctic sky watchers should be alert for auroras. Storm alerts: text, phone.

 

SOLAR SLINKY: Solar activity is low this week. Nevertheless, NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory spotted something interesting happening on the sun's southwestern limb. Click to view the "solar slinky" in action:

 

 

The loops in the movie are made of magnetism, glowing red-hot because they are filled with 80,000 K solar plasma. They move with slinky-action as they are buffeted by winds in the sun's atmosphere and jostled by minor explosions on the stellar surface below. Of course they are much bigger than a terrestrial slinky. The entire Earth could fit through any of the loops with room to spare.

Is this dream about disclosure? 

 

Date of dream: this morning

Location: lowereast side, nyc

Time: around 10pm Summer evening

 

  It was about 10 pm. I was with my friend and her kids at a restaurant.  A friend I haven't seen in a long time shows up. We talk, have dinner and catch up.    

We were walking out of the restaurant onto the streets.  All of a sudden there is a gasp in the crowd around us. Everyone is looking at the sky seeing a huge image of a face flashing different colors and lights. The funny thing is that this image was also present and live on my iPhone, which tells me it was probably live on all video/tv screens.  I began running home to my mom.  I get to my mothers and everyone that is there is moving around so fast.  (I believe my father was there somewhere in the background. My dad is on the other side of the veil) I am rushing around trying to figure out what to gather and I see that my mom and family have already started gathering some items like clothes, food, and water. 

 

Key Dollar, Sterling, Euro Libor Rates Continue To Fall

The cost of borrowing dollars, sterling and euros for three months in the London interbank market continued to fall Thursday.

Data from the British Bankers' Association showed that the three-month dollar London Interbank Offered Rate, or Libor, decreased to 0.43350% from 0.43450% Wednesday.

JPMorgan, Barclays Among Banks to Get N.Y. Subpoenas

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM) and Barclays Plc (BARC) are among seven banks subpoenaed in New York and Connecticut’s investigation into alleged manipulation of Libor, according to a person familiar with the matter and company filings.

Subpoenas were sent in recent weeks to five of the banks, Deutsche Bank AG (DBK), Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc and HSBC Holdings Plc (HSBA) in addition to JPMorgan and Barclays, the person said yesterday. Citigroup Inc. (C) and UBS AG (UBSN) received subpoenas earlier this year as part of the investigation.
