Greetings Loved Beings,

today we can choose among all that's not happening on the Planet. No changes ahead, thus Italy's EQs changed it's land uplifting the ground by 12 cm (4 inches) and is still melting underneath as every day new quakes shake the region. Weather has become a lottery for many regions on our Planet, and even sleepy places like Australia had some shaky and quite wet days.

We talk about changes every day, and so far they're happening in a very smooth way, thanks to All that keep themselves grounded on Mohter Earth=Heart with Love.

They are all here to see (and for many to live!), thus so many still ask to see that something is actually happening... well, in case of doubt, keep sending Love as that's something that never fails!

Thank You for BEingLove.

Kilauea volcano – lava flows march across coastal plain

BY ADONAI – JUNE 9, 2012

Over the past week, lava flows on Kīlauea’s coastal plain have been persistently advancing towards the ocean, though at a slower pace during a mid-week pressure decrease, increasing over the past day with renewed pressure. The flow front is estimated to be about 2km/1mi from the ocean still, so we await the effects of this renewed pressure at the coast! A series of webcam captures from the USGS-HVO shows the progression of these flows over the past week.

Meanwhile, pressure is still high across other parts of the volcano, with small lava flows and a lava pond increasingly present within Pu‘u ‘Ō‘ō crater (not directly accessible, but glow can be seen from a distance with clear weather), and the summit lava lake within Halema‘uma‘u still at high levels and producing strong glow visible from the Jaggar Overlook after dark. Within this newest crater but still out of sight, there have been spillovers of the lava lake as it continues to overtop its previous high-level banks!

There have been many earthquakes on the south flank of the volcano, seeming to indicate continuing movement and adjustment of this huge landmass in response to this increased pressure — first manifested as a slow-slip event last week!

Eruption of Colombian Nevado del Ruiz volcano likely within days or weeks

BY CHILLYMANJARO – JUNE 9, 2012

Nevado del Ruiz volcano, infamous for its deadly lahars, sprang to life in March 2012. Located in the Colombian Andes, the volcano was frequently active during the past 1,000 years, most recently in 2010. Observers first reported earthquakes near the volcano, followed by emissions of volcanic gases and small amounts of ash. By early June sulfur dioxide emissions had increased. Based on analysis of satellite imagery, the Washington VAAC reported that an ash plume drifted 40 km W. The VAAC also noted that the Bogota MWO reported ash emissions drifting NNW at an altitude of 9.1 km (30,000 ft)

Freak hail storm strikes Durban, South Africa

Posted on June 9, 2012

June 9, 2012 – SOUTH AFRICA – A freak hailstone storm caught Durban off guard on Friday night with unconfirmed reports of damage to roof tiles, gardens and uprooted trees. Chris Hoare, in Durban North, said hail got caught in verges and gardens, and was as much as “six inches thick.” His son and friends took pictures of themselves playing in the hail. However, some suburbs like Glenmore and Westville escaped the storm. Wisani Maluleke, a forecaster at the Durban Weather Office, said temperatures were around 18ºC on Friday night, and large clouds were visible over Durban. “There were reports of hailstones, but we cannot say where,” Maluleke said. A massive ice storm hit Virginia airport in Durban North. Spokesman for the Durban Air Show Ray de Vries said that this is one of the worst hailstorms the aviation fraternity had seen at the airport. “It looked strangely beautiful. The airport was closed due to dangerous conditions.” A number of private planes are expected for the Springbok-England Test match, but de Vries said that airport authorities were confident the storm wouldn’t affect planes flying in for the game. Durbanites, unused to extreme weather conditions, were abuzz on Twitter, while TrafficSA put out a weather warning for motorists, and emergency workers were on high alert. Some people tweeted that it was hailing “mini ice cubes” and that it was as “thick as snow.” Traffic man Rob Byrne posted pictures of a hail-covered road. Rassie Pieterse tweeted: “Hail in Durban, and it’s warmer than Bloem” while others called it a “freak storm.” –I0L news

Western Turkey rattled by 5.1 magntiude earthquake

Posted on June 9, 2012

June 9, 2012 – TURKEY - A 5.1-magnitude earthquake has struck the western parts of Turkey, including Istanbul, shaking apartment buildings, rattling windows and causing residents to rush into the streets. The tremor was also felt in neighboring Bulgaria, in the municipalities of Burgas, Nessebar, Plovdiv and Kardzhali. According to the National Institute in Geophysics, Geodesy and Geography, at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, BAS, the quake occurred shortly before midnight. The epicenter was registered in the Marmara Sea, a few kilometers from the town of Tekirdag and Marmara Ereglisi. It was at a depth of 10 km. The quake was followed by two light aftershocks. There were no immediate reports of casualties and damages, but the quake threw people into panic. –Novinite

Double 4.2 magnitude earthquakes rattle towns in Australia’s southeast

Posted on June 9, 2012

June 9, 2012 –AUSTRALIA - Officials in the New England region of the Australian state of New South Wales are breathing a sigh of relief, with no major damage found from two earthquakes that hit on Friday night. Residents were shaken when two magnitude-4.2 quakes hit within a few minutes of each other. More than 400 people have reported feeling tremors or hearing loud noises. Many called police because they thought they were being robbed. Gunnedah Shire Mayor Adam Marshall says he has never heard of a tremor in the region before. “I guess no-one’s really thought about checking their insurance policy for anything like earthquake damage,” he said. But there have been no reports so far of damage beyond a few windows in need of replacement. Resident Jeff Silvey says it sounded like a jumbo jet and it set off dogs barking all along his street. “I thought it was just a jumbo jet but then everyone else started texting saying no it’s an earthquake,” he said. “The whole house shook and all the windows and even the dogs got scared – we had to bring the dogs in.” The tremor was felt by residents as far away as the coastal town of South West Rocks, more than 200 kilometres from the quake’s epicenter. Geoscience Australia has warned there is a high chance of weaker aftershocks in the coming weeks. Jonathon Bathgate, a seismologist with Geoscience Australia, says the New England region has had a few earthquakes in the past 100 years. “There’s been about 13 of this sort of magnitude in that area in these sort of times,” he said. Mr. Bathgate says it is all to do with the underground plates Australia sits on. “The continent’s moving north at about seven centimetres every year and that just builds up stresses across the rocks. So the overall process is the same for big earthquakes,” he said. –Radio Australia

Northern Italy struck by another 4.5Mag Quake

Northern Italy today was hit by another 4.5 magnitude earthquake today. The earthquake struck at a depth of 14.5 km (9.0 miles) and the epicenter was 82 km (50 miles) NNE of Venice, Italy and 473 km (293 miles) N of ROME, Italy. It appears the seismic unrest in northern Italy is now diffusing across the region. –Adnkronos  TEP

'Starving' Crown-of-Thorns Starfish in Mass Stranding in Japan

Hundreds of crown-of-thorns starfish found on a beach in southern Japan in January stranded themselves because they were starving, say researchers.

More than 800 were discovered on a 300m stretch of sand on Ishigaki island.

The starfish population "outbreak" was first identified in 2009, when masses of juveniles were seen feeding on the island's outer coral reef.

The coral-eating starfish then took three years to move onto the beach where they perished.

The reason for the starfish population boom is not clear, but the strange behaviour has shown marine scientists what can happen when these slow-moving creatures completely deplete their food source.

Bizarre Ice Storm Lashes Donegal in June Winter-Like Scene

The aftermath of a thunderstorm over Donegal on Thursday

Flooding and fierce winds as recent heatwave a fond memory

Bizarre Irish weather for June has resulted in an ice storm in Donegal and pounding rain and flooding throughout the country.

The ice storm left several inches of ice near the village of Termon in Donegal the Irish Independent reported.

Local photojournalist Frank McGettigan stated he had never seen anything like it "No one around here has ever seen anything like this in June before. It was really odd."

A Met Eireann forecaster Joan Blackburn expalined the phenomenon "All rain starts as a frozen product," she said. "A downdraft would push the hail down quicker than it can melt, and this is not unheard of. Also, it's not particularly mild, and because the shower is so intense, the hail doesn't have time to melt and fall as rain."

Forecasters warned there is no let up in sight for the Irish with heavy rain and flooding predicted nationwide making last week's heat wave a fond memory. The weekend will be unsettled, with some dry spells. "It has been wet -- and it's going to be wet," Ms Blackburn said.
