Dear Ones, you can meet times of intensity with trepidation or excitement. It is totally up to you. But we will point out that any resistance only makes the shifts you are going to make no matter what feel more challenging.

Trust in your abilities! You are all becoming masters of energy, moving and assimilating energies like never before. With every shift you are gaining more skill.

This grand shift on your planet is what you couldn’t wait to experience. Sit in the wonder of it. Reflect on how much you have changed and evolved over your past 5 years, 2 years, 1 year, six months of your linear time. What you have accomplished in such a short period is truly remarkable! And again we remind you that for every shift you embody, new greater potentials become possible.

So allow yourself to embrace the magical flow of transformation. Love yourself and others as you change and evolve. Much like a new level opening up for you in one of your video games, explore what is possible due to the accumulation of your efforts. Atisha says: Criticize people's minds, criticize their ideologies, criticize their systems of thought, criticize everything -- but never criticize anybody's love, never criticize anybody's trust. Why? -- because love is so valuable, trust is so immensely valuable. To destroy it, to criticize it, to shatter it in any way, is the greatest harm one can do to anybody.

You can criticize the mind -- it should be criticized -- but not the heart. Whenever you see something of the heart, avoid the temptation to criticize it.

Just the opposite is the case with people. They can tolerate your ideology, they can tolerate your mind, but the moment they see your love, your trust, they jump upon you.

They cannot tolerate your trust; it is too much. They will say that this is hypnosis, that you have been hypnotized, you have been deceived, you are living in an illusion; that love is madness, love is blind; logic has eyes, and love is blind.

The truth is just the opposite. Logic is blind; criticize it! Love has eyes, only love has eyes, because only love can see God. Criticize beliefs, because beliefs are nothing but doubts hidden behind beautiful words. Criticize beliefs, but don't criticize anybody's trust.

During this newest wave of change, it is imperative to stand in your honesty and integrity.  Yes, The Universe knows this may make you ‘unpopular’, you may feel very lonely as you progress through the process but remember, you are never alone!

As people who do not understand what you are accomplishing move out of your sphere, a multitude of others will be willing to step up and join you in your growth.  Healthier connections will develop as you shed your old layers and happiness, peace and joy will become a part of your daily life.  Allowing this to happen may be one of the most challenging things you will ever do, however, the reward will be priceless! ~ Creator

Don't say, "Tomorrow I will meditate, tomorrow I will love, tomorrow I will have a dancing relationship with existence." Why tomorrow? Tomorrow never comes. Why not now? Why postpone? Postponement is a trick of the mind; it keeps you hoping, and meanwhile the opportunity is slipping by. And in the end you will come to the cul-de-sac -- death -- and there will be no more opportunity left.

And this has happened many times in the past. You are not new here, you have been born and you have died many many times. And each time the mind has played the same trick, and you have not yet learned anything.

Finding The Root

Each pain you experience in your life has a root cause, a seed that was planted a long time ago.  They manifest in repeating negative patterns, self-destructive behavior or self-sabotage.  Dearest one, you cannot avoid it any longer.  It is beyond time to begin releasing.  The Universe has been preparing you for this work for quite some time now and it must be done.

Over the next few weeks, you will be guided to and supported through finding the cause of those behaviors so you may release them if safe and comfortable ways.  You get to decide how easy or challenging it will be.  Allow yourself the space and time to accomplish what you need to do.  If you need help, it will be supplied in whatever form you choose and, in releasing pain, you will be opening yourself up to the gifts of peace, happiness and joy.  You are being asked to do this now so, when the time comes, you will be able to provide a voice of experience to those around you.  Do not be afraid, dear one, The Universe is with you every step of the way. ~ Creator

When you get comfortable with the unknown, you become open to new possibilities and experiences. We understand many of you find this difficult to do, but do you know many of you have this skill already?

If you have ever meditated or quietly sought inspiration, you have entered a space of potential with openness and curiosity, not knowing what would come through but secure in the fact that whatever did would be positive and for your highest good.

Consciously co-creating in the vastness of the unknown is exactly the same thing! All you need to do is show up from a space of connection and a desire for expansion and a deeper knowing of yourself and you can be secure that what will show up for you will only serve you.

Dear Ones, you are well prepared with every skill you require long before you experience any profound shift on your journey. Sometimes you just don’t realize you already have those skills!
