Feeling off-kilter? Just as spaceweather.com predicted, we have been hit repetitively over the last several days with some heavy duty solar activity. Speaking of which, I have been getting a handful of emails about heart-burn/acid-reflux/nausea...which is a common heart-opening/thymus activation symptom assoicated with solar flares...and my advice is always the same: baking soda and water! (about 1tsp per 8 oz H2O) works like a charm to neutralize the acid and put out those treacherous fires in your thorax.
