Gratitude is one of the highest vibrations on the planet.  It is a close cousin to love and comes spontaneously from opening your heart to love itself.  The energy of gratitude is soooo powerful that it instantly opens your heart, and connects you to the Divine power in all of existence.  In every moment you have the opportunity to be grateful for what is showing up.  The real question is HOW to always remain in this constant state of appreciation, without having to continuously reboot and refocus your mind back on what you're thankful for.

Spending time in the sun always lifts our spirits, makes us feel alive, energised and positive. Well that golden orb in the sky is also assisting us to transition into a new vibration along with the earth.

The solar flare reports from NASA and other scientific research facilities have become quite regular and more information is being released to the public in regard to the ‘effects’ that these ‘eruptions’ on the sun’s surface have on life here on earth.

 

Solar flares are simply huge explosions of built up gases and magnetic forces on the sun’s surface. They travel through space, and if they explode in earth’s direction, the electromagnetic field of earth is impacted, as is the earth and all living creatures. The biological and neurological system of life are shaken up with these bursts of highly charged energy.

I was re-reading the book The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz yet again and if only everyone were following the Four Agreements, how much better the world would be! I am continually astounded by the lies that are being flung around throughout the world right now and many from the highest positions in the country. Very disturbing to think our children are being taught the skills of dishonesty by our Government. It is invasive into our lives and so it is imperative we counteract that negative energy by living our own lives with integrity and love. The children need more than ever to have role models to emulate and so parents are needed to live up to their highest integrity and be there for them. We need to keep fighting against the immorality going on by raising our personal bars higher and higher in becoming the best that we can be! It is slowly working and we should stay focused on that fact to urge us onward.

This is not a busy-ness energy coming in; we truly need to pay attention to the inner world, the inner transition, in order to be the calm, loving, centered wayshowers as the frequency rises.

Kindwhile we all need to breathe, receive the new light, have responsible clearing sessions – on behalf of yourself and the collective – and fully accept the Shift. The next waves are deep core-busting energetics which will get more intense, however they are also heavily encoded for the activation of Grace. Beloveds, Do not push yourself along the path ascension, understand that, when you push you will not progress. Because in truth what you are pushing against is the current of light, and the higher dimensional waveforms. It is important to let your physical, emotional, mental and ethereal bodies shift in a manner that which suits you best, at the time of transition. and when we say time, we mean the level of attainment you are resonating at.
