If somebody has insulted you, feel thankful to him that he has given you an opportunity to feel a deep wound. He has opened a wound in you. The wound may be created by many many insults that you have suffered in your whole life; he may not be the cause of all the suffering, but he has triggered a process.

Just close your room, sit silently, with no anger for the person but with total awareness of the feeling that is arising in you -- the hurt feeling that you have been rejected, that you have been insulted. And then you will be surprised that not only is this man there: all the men and all the women and all the people that have ever insulted you will start moving in your memory.

You will start not only remembering them, you will start reliving them. You will be going into a kind of primal. Feel the hurt, feel the pain, don't avoid it. That's why in many therapies the patient is told not to take any drugs before the therapy begins, for the simple reason that drugs are a way to escape from your inner misery. They don't allow you to see your wounds, they repress them. They don't allow you to go into your suffering and unless you go into your suffering, you cannot be released from the imprisonment of it.

You will have to start first with yourself. This is one of the fundamental secrets of inner growth. You cannot do anything with others that you have not done in the first place with yourself. You can hurt others if you hurt yourself, you will be a pain in the necks of others if you are a pain in the neck to yourself, you can be a blessing to others only if you are a blessing to yourself.

Whatsoever you can do with others, you must have done to yourself before, because that is the only thing that you can share. You can share only that which you have; you cannot share that which you don't have.

On The Edge

So many people are teetering on the edge.  To be here, to be there, here again and there…it has become a constant battle within.  The Universe wants you to know it is possible to exist in two worlds at once!  Walking on your Earth with Unconditional Love and light in your heart, shining for all to see.  Some will join your walk, others may stand to the side and stare, some may mock.  What difference is that to you?  Standing steadfast in your truth, you move forward into your new future with those that truly appreciate you by your side.  It is a wonderful beginning, to be sure! ~ Creator

Daily Message ~ Thursday January 31, 2019

When emotions come up for release labelling them can be a very helpful exercise, for it will assist you in feeling into them. You may be surprised to discover that once you feel into something and properly label it, it will instantly dissipate. If it persists, feel again to identify other emotions that may be part of the mix.

So for example, you may feel hurt by something. You feel into the hurt and it lifts a bit but there is still discomfort there. You feel again, and you discover disappointment. After the release of that, you still feel discomfort and you realize there is sadness. And perhaps frustration. And under that, fear. How remarkable that you have advanced to the point where you can now stay with it and heal many different layers at once!

This is the way to process what is ready to leave and what you wish to release, for it is through your exploration and naming of the emotion that you give it your permission to go. As with all things, your free will and your own divine guidance leads the way. And, of course, we are always available to you to assist with the process should you request our help. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young

What Day is Not Beautiful?

Beloved, let Me ask you! Can it not be enough for you when a day in the world is beautiful? What day is not beautiful – simply something to enjoy, something to feel good about, something that smiles out at you saying that this day is a good day, a good day just to think of it? Why not feel good today about a burgeoning day for you, this day just as it comes out from the package? To think of it, an embracing today that says the day itself, without effort, makes you begin to smile. Why not today a day elated?

If you had an umbrella, you would swing it! There would be a bounce in your step! You might step in puddles! You might know that this day recognizes you, and you would feel worthy. As it is, today is made up of your very life. You are ready to be happy!

Atisha is not telling you to follow his instructions absolutely. He is simply giving a glimpse of his vision and the way he has arrived at it. He is simply sharing his poetry with you, his compassion with you.

Remember it -- otherwise it is very easy for people to become fanatics. Why do millions of people in the world become fanatics? For a simple reason: by becoming a fanatic you avoid all experimenting, by becoming a fanatic you escape from thinking on your own, feeling on your own. By becoming a fanatic you throw all responsibility on somebody else's shoulders -- Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, Atisha.

Remember, your responsibility is such, it cannot be given to anybody else, it cannot be thrown on somebody else. Your responsibility is absolutely yours. You will have to think, you will have to feel, you will have to meditate, you will have to walk, for yourself. And let me remind you again: you may come across scenes which Atisha has never come across.

WELL, I KNOW I AM NOT THE FIRST ONE TO COMPREHEND CREATION, I AM JUST ONE WHO GOD IT.

WHEN SO MANY PEOPLE BELIEVE THEY KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON, YET HAVE NO CLUE WHAT IS HAPPENING, WE HAVE SOCIETY. SOCIETY IS RUN/RUIN BY PEOPLE "THINKING" THEY KNOW WHEN ALL THEY GOT IS THE SOCIAL BS TO BACK UP THEIR "THINKING." BIGGER, LOL.

I DON'T HAVE TO "THINK", ALL I EVER HAVE TO "DO" IS BE AND THEN LIGHT UP A DOOBIE, AND LAUGH AT WHAT I JUST WROTE, LOL

IN "THINKING" THE SOCIAL PROGRAMMING IS RUNNING THE SHOW, ILLUSION IS THE SHOW. SOCIETY IS BUILT UPON ILLUSION OF "THINKING," "THINKING" IS THE FALSE PERSONNA, THE "EGO." "EGO" IS ALL THE SOCIAL PROGRAMMING "THINKING" IT IS REAL WHILE TRUE REALITY IS WHAT IS HAPPENING NOW. PEOPLE HAVE BEEN "BLINDED" BY THE ILLUSION, SO WHAT IS REAL CANNOT BE SEEN, LET ALONE (ALL ONE) BE EXPERIENCED DUE TO THE SOCIAL PROGRAMMING OF THE CONTROLLERS.

OH YEAH, IT RUNS DEEP, ALL THE WAY TO THE INNER CHILD BEING HELD CAPTIVE BY THE "SOCIAL EGO."

Healing…

Are you ready to go…again?  The incoming wave of energy may increase the divide between humans making it more challenging than you have experienced thus far.  As you are walking your chosen path, it may be frustrating to have others ‘tugging at you’ in an attempt to distract and lower your vibration.  Do not despair, dearest child, the healing of human kind has begun!

Now, more than ever, your light is needed to guide the way through the process.  This does not mean you have to change who you are…unless you choose. For many of you, unfair persecution is a wound or theme that is coming up to be cleared. If this is the case, you may have people accuse you of things that are not so, misinterpret your intentions, and do not reflect your truth. As you continue to move forward on your enlightenment journey, you will realize that shining your truth is more a means of self expression than it is proving anything to anyone. So think, meditate, feel these instructions, but don't take them in dead seriousness. There are bound to be a few differences. A few things are going to happen on your way which did not happen on Atisha's way. A few things are going to happen on your way which have not happened on my way. There are as many ways in the world as there are people.

Nobody can stand in your place; even those who are standing very close to you are not standing in exactly the same place. Your angle of vision is bound to be a little bit different from the angle of vision of somebody who is standing just by your side holding your hand. No two persons can see the world in exactly the same way, it is impossible.

And everybody has to move from his own place, his own space.
