Dearest one, there will be times you makes mistakes and false assumptions. There will be times when a not-so-kind thing may come out of your mouth or you may become angry at silly little things. This is all part of being human. The difference between those that suffer a chronically negative attitude and ones that do not is forgiveness! In the process of doing your work and clearing what you need to clear, a lot of emphasis is placed on forgiving but, how often do you include yourself in that scenario? Today, you are being asked for practice a little self-forgiveness. It is okay to start small and, when the time is right for you, work your way up to the bigger things. You are here to learn and this is truly a huge part of it. The more you practice, the easier it will become…especially with The Universe right beside you, lending a loving hand. ~ Creator
Those who are well on their enlightenment journey have all been going through a prolonged release and review period, intent on wrapping up the first phase of your incarnation. The phase many of you are entering now is simply about finally making peace with all that you have experienced. It is through that vital stage of finding peace with where you’ve been that you can finally step forward into the next new exciting phase, carrying the wisdom you have gained while being unencumbered by your past.
Where you have been will start to feel farther removed, much like if you examined a pastlife experience. It will be easier to see the purpose of it all, and you will have little desire to drag any old energies with you because you know they simply do not apply any longer.
You will begin a fresh phase, drawn to things you would like to experience and new ways you would like to express your beingness and service, driven by choice and preference rather than old wounds or karmic obligations. This will feel very freeing for you and will support the expression of your personal attainment like never before. Beloved, by and large, it appears that everyone sees life somewhat differently, and everyone, of course, sees how he sees as correct.
When you feel cold, you are confident that it is chilly. By the same token, when sweat is running off your brow, you are certain it is hot indeed. When someone’s take on the temperature is different from yours, then the other's view must be an aberration.
The moment you take all the sufferings of the world inside you, they are no longer sufferings. The heart immediately transforms the energy. The heart is a transforming force: drink in misery, and it is transformed into blissfulness... then pour it out.
Once you have learned that your heart can do this magic, this miracle, you would like to do it again and again. Try it. It is one of the most practical methods -- simple, and it brings immediate results. Do it today, and see.

Many of you are poised to move into great change in your lives and expect to move directly from where you are to your end result. Depending on how big of a change of circumstance you are intending to create, the vibrational leap may be too large to do all in one step. That is where stepping stones come in.

Just for a moment, like a breeze, you are transported into another world, the world of no-mind. Just for a moment, you know that you know -- but only for a moment. And again the darkness gathers and the mind is back with all its dreams, with all its desires and all its stupidities.

The most obvious and the most missed key to all of it; there is nothing you, as an individual, can do about it. Too much busyness leads to distraction. Distraction leads to dismissiveness. Dismissiveness is one of the most common causes of emotional wounding.
Have you filled your life with so much that it is difficult to be fully present, both with yourself and with those you love? Your presence allows you to feel connection, empathy, acceptance, and to be a safe person for others to come to with their feelings. The overabundance of busyness has resulted in, and perpetuates, separation.
It is not a race, Dear Ones, to see how much can be done in a day. There is a glorification of busyness that has happened in modern society which has resulted in people losing themselves in all the distractions. It is time to come back Home to yourselves.
We urge you to make time for yourselves, and to rearrange your lives into more balanced creations that are far more manageable. Tend to yourselves. Create space that allows for connection, both with Source and your loved ones. Beloved, kindly turn the tide of your attention to what gives you joy and also gives joy to the world. Keep in mind what gives you joy. Pull the shades up this morning. Lift up the world. Arise.
All the wrongs in the world are for you to let go of. All of them. The sun rises, and so do you. What is that old song about what is the use of worrying and keeping that old kit bag? Today is the day to let go of the past. No kit bags for you, for there is no use in carrying them whatsoever. Be a good news bear!
Every day the sun rises. Rise with the sun. Something glorious is going on in the world. And just so are you to rise. Have a clarion call for joy.
See, be, enjoy: only this moment exists. This now, this here, this cawing of the crows... and all is silence.
To know this serenity is to know who you are, what this existence is all about. This is samadhi, in the words of Patanjali. This is SAMBODHI, in the words of Gautam Buddha. This is bodhichitta, in the words of Atisha.
