Take what I say to heart. I say you are eminently worthy of regard. You are to be welcomed and respected in the world.

At the same time, what the world says about you is not meant to be your point of reference. The world is not your God. I AM. Take what I say to heart. Do not take to heart whatever the world and those in it may carelessly make of you. Whether the world makes a lot or a little of you, the world is not the measure of you, nor is anyone in the world the measure of you.

It would be grand if the world would make much of you. This would be common courtesy. Look for it, and may you find it. From your side, be sure you make others welcome to this world. Wherever you are, everyone who walks in is to be made much of -- welcomed, hugged, treasured, regarded as a God-given soul. When the world welcomes you, you feel better about yourself. When you feel better about yourself, you grow faster and feel strong. You blossom. When the world contracts you, your growth is contracted. What are you going to give?

I did not create you for anyone to make you feel small. I certainly did not create you to be taken aback and hurt by whatever anyone may say about you or begrudge you.

Instead of Watching them Decay, LA is Turning Rundown Motels into Housing for Homeless Vets

Los Angeles, CA – A deal has been approved by the city of Los Angeles that will allow nonprofit and private developers to modify “nuisance” motels into apartment housing that will permanently house 500 homeless veterans.

City officials consider the development a major accomplishment in the drive to create large-scale housing for the estimated 2,700 homeless veterans in Los Angeles County. The plan calls for developers to purchase crime ridden, often run down motels from private owners in an effort to convert them into efficiency apartments, according to the Los Angeles Times.

It’s estimated that nationally between 529,000 and 840,000 veterans are homeless at some time during the year, and that on any given night, more than 300,000 veterans are living on the streets or in shelters in the U.S.

According to the report in the LA Times:

The city’s housing authority will issue vouchers funded by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, which will cover residents’ rent and provide supportive services, including case management and counseling.

Displaying flags and placing flowers on the graves of military members might be two of the more traditional Memorial Day methods of showing tribute to those who have fallen in battle; but perhaps a new tradition must be initiated — one that would constitute the highest form of respect. It’s time, beginning with Memorial Day 2016, to prevent any further unnecessary deaths by exposing the lies of the American empire in corporate and defense profiteering as the now-exclusive driving factors behind its push for war on all fronts.

Before jumping to assert this would somehow disrespect those who have died, understand it is precisely because the lives of U.S. troops are precious that we should not allow anyone to die for less than the most noble cause. And the imperialist goals of a crumbling empire simply do not embody a laudable reason to put lives on the line. Exposing mendacious pro-war propaganda for what it is could swiftly change the minds of future soldiers considering devoting their lives to military service.

Plenty of past examples of unabashed pro-war propaganda can be found in narratives invariably regurgitated by mainstream media acting as the government’s cheerleader.

When no one is allowing their authentic self to lead the way, life can be very confusing. You are trying to navigate life in a way that honours everyone, but everyone is pretending to be a character in a play, so it is incredibly difficult to discover how to do that. Your inner knowingness may sense a different essence underneath the mask of the character, adding to your confusion, because you aren’t sure which self to connect with. The inner self is not being allowed to show, and the false self is an illusion.

This is why the grand shift you are in is going to allow you to deepen your relationships. When people finally step into embracing their authenticity and letting it take the lead, they become congruent. Their internal and external worlds match, eliminating confusion. There is a constancy and consistency that allows you to relax and simply accept what you are being presented with. Because you are leading with your own authenticity, the matches you start to experience from there will be deep and long lasting because they are based on truth. Communication becomes clearer, connections become deeper.

You are asking: HOW CAN I LEARN THE SECRETS OF LIFE?

And life goes on utterly nude, utterly naked, absolutely available. All that is required is a not-knowing state, an empty space which can absorb it, which can receive it. Only when you are in a state of not knowing are you a host, and then life becomes a guest.

Just observe, with no evaluation. Don't say "good," don't say "bad," don't say "beautiful," don't say "ugly." Don't say anything at all! Without saying anything, without bringing your mind in, just watch with utterly empty eyes, like a mirror. Reflect the moon, the stars, the sun, the trees, the people, the animals, the birds. And life will pour itself into your being. And it is an inexhaustible source of energy. And energy is delight.

While You Are on Earth…

I, Who understand everything in the Universe, do not really understand how some of my children are hard-hearted to others, perhaps deliberately hard-hearted without regard for the feelings of others --  as if I have never spoken about generosity from your heart to your neighbors and brothers and sisters.

This is especially confusing to Me when the same people acknowledge My Presence in their lives. As preposterous as it seems, there are even Heavenreaders who sometimes lapse into pride so they have the power to bend the branches of their relationships. Knowing better than others and feeling your superiority is one way wars get started.

Certainly, I don't mean to suggest you are supposed to kowtow to others. What I am speaking of is when you may be making a choice that may not benefit anyone, least of all, yourself. Perhaps your life could move forward in a different and better direction. This is your call.

When you leave a relationship and you must castigate the person you break with, I say, if you must leave, leave in good grace. You don't have to rationalize your leaving. You don't have to be so sure that you have all the answers and are justified when you are unkind. It's not okay for you to judge and leave heartache in your wake.

Monsanto Just Lost a Major PCBs Poisoning Lawsuit, Forced to Pay $46 Million to Victims

St. Louis, Missouri — Three plaintiffs have been awarded $17.5 million in damages caused by Monsanto and three other companies for negligence in the production of PCBs.

A jury voting 10-2 in St. Louis found Monsanto, Pfizer, Solutia, and Pharmacia must pay the plaintiffs and assessed an additional $29 million in punitive damages against Monsanto for its continued selling of polychlorinated biphenyls, or PCBs, after the compound had been banned, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported. Plaintiffs in this case — three of nearly 100 involved in litigation, some of whom died — said they developed non-Hodgkin lymphoma from exposure to PCBs.

“All of us could pretty much agree that Monsanto was negligent,” said juror Nathan Nevius in the Post-Dispatch.

Ashley Enochs, a second juror, noted, “I think it goes to show that large companies can put stuff out there that’s harmful and they can do it for a long time but that justice is going to be served whether it’s a year after the products are put out, or in this case, 80 years.”

It is not a question of learning; it is more a question of unlearning. You have already learned too much: the Vedas, the Upanishads, the Gita, the Koran, the Bible, the Talmud.

Thousands of scriptures are there inside you, clamoring, making noise, fighting with each other; all kinds of ideologies constantly trying to attract your attention. Your mind is a mess! It is overcrowded, it is a multitude. Unlearn! All that you have accumulated up to now as knowledge, unlearn it.

Zen people are right when they say: NOT KNOWING IS THE MOST INTIMATE.

Unlearning is the process that can bring you to that beautiful space of not knowing. And then observe. Observe life without any knowledge interpreting it. You have become so accustomed to interpretation.

Leading the Way

It is so easy for My Children to pounce upon trouble. You feel the weight of trouble so easily. As trouble enters the room you sit in, it seems to punch you in your gut, and, at your say-so, trouble lingers in your heart. It may take a long time for trouble to ease out from your heart. You check on trouble quite readily. Trouble becomes like a roast you have in the oven that, no matter how long you cook it, I doesn't seem to get done. You often take a peek at it.

May it be this easy for blessings in the world to overtake you in this way.

Be on the look-out for happiness. Consider that there is more happiness waiting for you than there is trouble egging you on.

Trouble seems to come in bright red and orange colors whereas happiness wears pastel colors. Happiness, unless it is overwhelming, seems to retire to the background while trouble yells out at you: "Gotcha! Look at me!" The Pastels of Happiness, on the other hand, mostly smile at you quietly.

Happiness is more like a pin dropping whereas trouble is like a ton of bricks falling.

Perhaps a scale is necessary to weigh happiness vs. trouble. Perhaps trouble doesn't really weigh as much as you think. Maybe you are just more ready for trouble than you are prepared to look for happiness. Trouble is more recognizable to you. It seems that you carry trouble in your heart more easily than you do happiness.

Perhaps you expect trouble to last, and happiness to flee.

Yes, of course, trouble, when it appears suddenly, knocks you over.

Conspiracy Theory: It’s a term used by many to brush off something that clashes with what they believe in, or have believed in for a long period of time. Taking in new information that runs counter to a current belief system is not easy and can cause the feeling of cognitive dissonance – a term used in modern psychology to describe the feeling of discomfort that arises from being confronted with two or more conflicting ideas, beliefs, or values. It suggests that we have an inner drive to hold on to all of our beliefs and attitudes, avoiding the feelings of discomfort and instability that accompany new ideas, regardless of whether those ideas are backed by evidence and sound logic.

Why do we always believe, without consideration, what is presented to us through mainstream sources? Why do we hold it to be true, without question? Why is it so common for many of us to not even acknowledge, listen, or look at evidence which runs counter to the accepted ideology? To ignore available information which presents an alternative to what is so commonly believed by many – or what we ourselves believe can place the human race in a very vulnerable, gullible state? Even if there is an overwhelming amount of evidence, many find it easy to dismiss.
