Where Do We Go When We Die? Signs That Consciousness Remains After Death Are Increasing

by Arjun Walia, Collective Evolution

What happens when we die? Who really knows? But to deem these questions completely unanswerable is absurd in light of all the evidence that’s emerged over the past view decades. Sure, contemplating what happens after death can be a little too ‘out there’ for some people, it can even contradict long-held belief systems that we’ve been holding on to for so long, with a tight grip, so much so that it can be hard to even entertain an alternate perspective that’s backed with some type of credible evidence.  It’s called cognitive dissonance.

World Renowned Chef Opens 5 Star Restaurant To Feed The Homeless & Fight Food Waste

by Alanna Ketler, Collective Evolution

Finally, thanks to the internet we are becoming aware of just how much food is being wasted on a regular basis. Supermarkets are throwing out astronomical amounts of unsold food that is actually perfectly fine to eat. When the amount of homeless people who don’t always have access to food, and the many families that are struggling every day to put food on the table to feed their children, is this really the option that we have come up with? To simply throw the food in the garbage because it cannot turn a profit?

Artist Organizes Natural Objects Into Elaborate Mandalas For You To Find

by Amanda Monteiro, Collective Evolution

James Brunt is an artist known for bringing attention back to the finer details that nature has to offer us. While natural landscapes are often breathtaking on their own, imagine stumbling across one of his creations. James uses natural materials and objects he finds around his home in Yorkshire, England and creates his art in places like beaches, forests and parks. He is very mindful of not disturbing the land and has created his own code of ethics,  “I am very conscious of the environment around me and take into consideration many things when deciding to make a piece of work. This code that I work to now has developed over time as my understanding of my surroundings grows. It wasn’t always the case, but it is now.”

Watch As Woman Dragged Away By Security For Exposing Oil Bribes & Ties To Politicians

by Arjun Walia, Collective Evolution

It’s no secret, the “1 percent” own everything and among this 1 percent are an even smaller group, and it’s this group that has a large stake in global financial institutions, which drip down into federal financial institutions and disseminates into various powerful corporations that deal with all aspects of human life from big food, to big pharma. Monsanto is a great example, a biotech corporations that manufactures genetically modified seeds, pesticides and more. Below that we have the government, and various government organizations. Within this tightly knit network of powerful people, comes corruption, and that’s no secret.

If you follow the money, it’s not hard to see.

For years, what we’re presented with in the public eye has largely contrasted to leaks and drips of information from several different sources. One example may be the corruption that’s been exposed between corporations like the CDC, for example, or the FDA. The list is a long one, and we see the same type of relationship between government, politicians, and energy corporations, as well.

The Real Power of The Placebo Effect, Explained

by Kalee Brown, Collective Evolution

When I was really young, whenever I felt sick, my grandmother used to make me cinnamon sugar toast. I felt like I could taste her love with every bite, and by the time I had finished my toast, my stomachache would have magically disappeared. In hindsight, I recognize that the dairy in the butter and the refined sugar in the cinnamon blend probably weren’t helping my digestive issues, yet somehow this meal always made me feel better. How does this make any sense? Herein lies the mystery of the placebo effect.

No, science cannot prove that when my grandmother delivered me cinnamon toast with a loving smile and a giant hug, I instantly felt better, but as a five-year-old child I certainly experienced that. Though my grandmother may not have realized it, she was likely harnessing the power of the placebo effect.

What Is the Placebo Effect?

The placebo effect is essentially the idea that your brain can convince your body that a fake treatment, because it (your brain) thinks it’s real, can provide real solutions and stimulate healing in the body. In essence, the placebo effect shows us how powerful our minds, how powerful our consciousness is, in that we can change our biology using our beliefs.

Was Quetzalcoatl An Extraterrestrial? Here’s How Mesoamerican “Mythology” Described Him

by Arjun Walia, Collective Evolution

With the recent release of the Pentagon’s UFO footage, which comprised of two videos filmed by U.S. Navy pilots of objects performing maneuvers that defy our current understanding of aerodynamics, the topic of UFOs has once again grabbed headlines around the world.

The video was a step forward towards disclosing the fact that there are unknown objects in our atmosphere that are commonly spotted and tracked on radar by defence authorities. They are highly technologically advanced, more so than any air-craft which is available in any global inventory at the moment.

What Happens To Our Brain When We Experience Complete Silence & Peace of Mind

by Alanna Ketler, Collective Evolution

Silence. How often do you truly get to experience this? Nowadays, silence is a very rare commodity indeed as we are constantly bombarded with noises from people, traffic, airplanes, music, advertisements, construction and the list goes on. I’ve been thinking a lot about silence and how much I would like some as I’ve been travelling and am constantly subjected to honking cars, screaming tourists, and clanking sounds all around me. Silence, is actually not something that is very easily obtainable -silence is golden. So how important is silence and is it a detriment to the well-being of our minds if we don’t have it?

In 2011, the Finnish Tourist Board ran a campaign that actually used silence as a marketing product. Their campaign aimed to entice people to visit Finland to experience the beauty of the silent land. The campaign released a series of photos of single figures in nature along with the headline, “Silence, Please.” Another tagline was added by Simon Ahnolt, an international country branding consultant that said, “No talking, but action.”

Want To Know One Of The Strongest Predictors Of How Long You’ll Live? Read This

by Alanna Ketler, Collective Evolution

When it comes to our morality, there are many differing views. In terms of longevity people seem to either think that it is completely out of their control, that they will have the same fate as their parents because of their genes or, that there are factors including diet and lifestyle that play a role in how long we’ll live. But, which of these are correct? Or, are all of these correct? The fact of the matter is, that there are certain things that can predict a long and healthy life. But they are likely not what you’d expect.

When we think of health, we often think mostly of the physical, so if someone were to ask you, what shouldn’t you do if you want to live a long and healthy life? You might say something like, eat too much processed food, smoke cigarettes, drink too much, not get enough exercise etc. But what if, although those are still important factors for good health, they weren’t the most important and that there were some other factors that we likely don’t think about that play an even greater role in terms of how long we will live?

How Scientists Found “Paranormal Perception” Channels Within Human Beings

by Arjun Walia, Collective Evolution

In 1976, a presentation was given at the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers (IEEE) on a paper published by the Institute on behalf of Hal Puthoff (now part of the To The Stars initiative that received and released the recent UFO Pentagon footage) and Russell Targ.

The paper was titled “A Perceptual Channel For Information Transfer Over Kilometer Distances: Historical Perspectives and Recent Research.”

Puthoff, who held a PhD in electrical engineering from Stanford, at the time was commissioned by the CIA/DIA and Stanford Research Institute to direct the Stargate project, which was one of many secret government programs that remained hidden from public knowledge for more than 20 years.

Total Lunar Eclipse In Leo: Nurturing Our Heart’s Desires

by Carmen Di Luccio, Collective Evolution

We are having a Total Lunar Eclipse in Leo on January 31st. These eclipses are also referred to as ‘Blood Moons’ due to the reddish color that occurs, and interestingly this is also a ‘Blue Moon’ as it will be the second Full Moon of the calendar month of January. And last but not least, this Full Moon eclipse will also be a ‘Supermoon’ which occurs when Full Moon’s are closer to the Earth causing them to appear bigger. This combination of all 3 things hasn’t occurred in North America in over 150 years. However, it did occur in Eastern parts of the world on the lunar eclipse on December 30th 1982 which was a Blue Moon outside of North America.
