Do you need 10 more reasons to have sex daily? No. But they’re never bad to know. Sex is a necessary part of life, relationships, and, as it turns out, good health. More regular sex may not get rid of a headache, but the health benefits that daily sex has for you will help prevent the headaches in the first place.

Joy Davidson, PhD, psychologist and sex therapist, along with other sexperts, agree that sex has scientifically backed benefits for your health. Obviously it increases blood flow, is good for your skin (“You’re glowing!”), and has improves mental health by increasing desire and intimacy. But how can daily sex help in ways you didn’t know?

1. Sex Relieves Stress

A study shows that sex reduces blood pressure, and therefore overall stress.  Even the simple act of hugging has been shown to lower blood pressure in women.

What is the one thing in your life that limits you, that you think will never change? Stop and ask yourself, if you look through new eyes of endless potential, if that belief is really true. If, from every possible viewpoint you can take, it still seems to be true, ask yourself if the universe sees things you cannot. Then ask yourself from a universal perspective if it is still true.

FINE TUNING As the frequency of the Earth rises, it affects every living and inanimate object on the surface and within. If these things do not match her frequency, they will lose their connection. In order to keep your connection with Earth during this time of transition, you will need to raise your vibrational frequency. Many of you are raising your frequencies, yet are still not equal to mother Earth.

The quickest, easiest and most effective way to raise your energetic level is through a deep experience of love. As long as you hold on to lower vibrational feelings such as fear, anger, desire and frustration, you will suffer the consequences of being out of tune with the Earth and her inhabitants.

The real you is not physical, and the real you never withdraws no matter what your body and mind may carry on about. We can say that your body totes you around and contains you, your spine like a clothes rack to hang parts of your life on. It may be more true to say that your body is a hanger-on, and the soul of you carries the body around. The body has its good uses, yet your body isn’t quite the star it likes to think it is.

There is a calm part of you, a serene part, an acknowledgeable part of you. We can call this the heart of you, the essence of you, the soul of you. It is the height and breadth and extent of you. Your soul travels independently of your physical body. Your physical body is more like a shadow that follows you even as your body is very concrete and very definite and seems to lead the band, whereas your soul, subtle as it is, is the true leader and the infinite realization of you. Your soul is intimate with you while the body keeps running off somewhere.
