In some ancient cultures, the birth of a child was grieved. It seems counter-intuitive to grieve life, but they believed the soul of the newborn child was wrenched from the spirit plane where truth and timelessness prevailed and forced into an existence of limitations and grief.

Maybe it’s true and maybe it’s not. But children are a precious asset to this world. The way we raise our children determines the kind of world that we live in. It’s important to know how to raise a fully conscious and awakened child.

1. Remember that you don’t own your children.

Parents tend to be possessive. I don’t think it has to do with ego so much as concern for safety, but it’s important to remember, as Khalil Gibran once said, that your children aren’t your children. Instead, we should serve as springboards for our children to launch. We should support, not control.

2. Let your children teach you too...

The best way to keep your energy field clear as well doesn’t involve any kind of divination or spiritual tools.  It ultimately comes down to the way you process and deal with your emotions in the present moment.  When you bottle up thoughts and feelings, it gets stored in your energy centers (chakras) and can cause physical complications in the body.  The negative health effects of stress and anxiety are endless.

In fact, 90% of all disease is either caused by or aggravated by stress.  Heart attacks, blood pressure,  hypertension, and even strokes have all been strongly linked to stress.  What we are going to explore briefly in this article is how stress is caused on a spiritual/energetic level, and how you can prevent it in the future.

I’m not suggesting you stop taking your heart medications (if you are on any), but I have learned through experience with my own heart issues that the cause is often not physical but emotional and spiritual.  Here are 3 extremely common energetic blockages that cause heart pain and heart issues.

This is going to be hard for me to write, because I’ve always had a problem with the way religion misrepresents spirituality. I feel like religion gives spirituality a bad name, and especially when it comes to tolerance, religion has failed to reflect the messages of various enlightened messiahs, prophets, masters, etc.

I’ve always resisted religion because it uses control and uptight dogma to keep us from understanding true spirituality, and I feel like it was devised to make people forget what spirituality is supposed to be.

Spirituality doesn’t have to be associated with control or giving up our lives just to be in God’s favor, but religion has twisted and perverted it into something that completely contradicts its original meaning.

Not to mention that people have been (and continue to be) killed senselessly for centuries in the name of God or because of some ‘holy’ book. I could probably write a whole book of my own on why we shouldn’t put our faith in religion, which is why it’ll be difficult to say what I want to say.

The bible (and various other religious books) has obviously been edited by leaders throughout history who wanted to control their people, but I don’t think we should give up on it.

When you fall into worry, you have assumed a position of powerlessness, feeling that life is something that happens to you that you cannot control. Worry is simply an indicator that you are out of alignment. It is also an indicator that you are in the unknown of the future, rather than in the Now moment, which is where you do all of your conscious creation from.

The next time you catch yourself in the energy of worry, realize you are feeling disempowered in some way. Then you can simply take steps to get back into your authentic power. You can do that by taking the time to meditate, re-centering into the Now moment, feeling gratitude, and visualizing the best outcome for all involved. Your time and energy are so much better spent focused on what is wanted! Like anything else, it is a practice you can create for yourselves with a little awareness and a desire to consciously create.

If you find it difficult to hold a positive focus, simply surrendering the issue to Source, secure that will find the highest resolution for the greatest good of all, is an option that is always available to you, as well. A sudden reversal of the Earth’s magnetic field may sound like quite an unlikely event, but the findings of a recent study suggest that it may actually happen in our lifetime.

The analysis of the ancient sediments at the bottom of the Italian lakes allowed scientists to find out when the magnetic poles of the Earth flipped for the last time, and to conclude that a new geomagnetic reversal could take place in less than 100 years from now.

An international team of scientists from Italy, France and the United States managed to determine the age and duration of the last polarity transition. In their study, the scientists used argon-argon dating method to bottom sediments at Dry Lake, located in the Apennine Mountains near the town of Sulmona, east of Rome. The sediments had well-preserved traces of our planet’s magnetic field lines in their structure, which allowed the researchers to reveal their past directions.
