The three waves of devastating floods in Assam this year have left nearly 1.8 million children, along with their families, displaced, an assessment done by an NGO -- Save the Children -- found.
The NGO found that the first round of flooding affected the districts of Barpeta, Nalbari, Morigaon, Jorhat, Tinsukia and Golaghat on 25-26 June this year. By July 3, around 2.7 million people in 27 districts had been affected.

Third Quarter Moon Phase - Moon in Leo/Virgo
Today we have a big aspect with Mars opposing the Black Moon (and the Moon squaring it). This is happening in what we call "mutable" signs, meaning it mutates or changes things. We are finding that we are moving into a new phase of being but, despite all of our experience, it is surprisingly difficult. Saturn in Scorpio is a major mutation. It makes the underworld routine. We are living and breathing it, walking through it and trying to shine light. It's a tough mission because sometimes it seems everywhere you turn there is something to take you down. With the astrological aspects today, all of this will seem especially true. Anger can erupt quickly and vehemently, particularly if someone feels like they are being rejected. We need to take our time, take things step by step, and not get too far ahead of ourselves. People in general will have a difficult time coping with stressors today and will need some help. This nice thing is this energy is wonderful for repairing damage. The ability to fix things is a main component today. The Sun is amping up to charge our energetic fields, so make sure you take time to observe the natural world around you to restore your energy. We might feel like we are walking through the underworld, but the beauty of the planet remains a constant companion.

While September was cooler than average for several states in the Ohio Valley, mid-Mississippi Valley and parts of the Southeast, the year's first nine months were the record warmest across the U.S., according to a NOAA report released Tuesday.
NCDC's State of the Climate report said the nationally-averaged temperature for the first nine months of 2012 (59.8°F) was the warmest such period on record dating to 1895, approximately 3.8°F above the long-term average and 1.2°F above the previous record stretch from Jan-Sep. 2006.

Crows and Swallows
Hello there. I'm new to the concept of awakening but recent life events drew me towrds it.
My summer...
I was getting followed by crows literally everywhere I went. I leave my house the crows would start going crazy and wouldn't stop until I got to work which was about a 15 minute walk. The second I stepped outside, no matter where I was, crows would start cawing. Even when i would visit other states crows would take notice. But anytime I would break down or come to a personal realiztion these swallows would show up out of nowhere and fight the crows off. The first time it happened, was the first day i started getting back into to shape and right after a mile run, the swallows showed and in the air drove the crows away.
This happned the entire summer, every time I would get my lowest the swallows would show up and fight the crows off. This one time I was feeling really low and literally tens of the birds filled the sky where I was looking out the window. They were cirling and flying and driving the crows away.
Basically the hole summer Hawks would cirlce above me but I saw them less. Sometimes there would up to six cirlcing above me. One time on a walk to work there were about 15 of them on a bulding I walked past everyday just sitting in silence and stillness.

Yesterday, 10/09/2012, the day before the peak of the incoming energies evidently attached to even what NASA admits to, CMEs (Coronial mass ejections, Sun flares) hitting us then and more headed our way. I wrote a blog on my experience with chemtrails. This morning 10-10-12, (day of the peak energies headed to Earth) I went out for mediations in the grass, on the Goddess, as always I do.
Before I had the chance to begin sending thoughts of Divine Love to the planes I saw, which were four at the time I looked up. The first two that I noticed were leaving behind them, maybe a half mile of “contrails.” They dissipated along with the speed of the craft, as normal.

2012: Twin Flames and Twin Souls - Is There a Difference?
No there isn't. Twin Souls is another way to refer to Twin Flames. Your Twin Flame is your Divine Complement that you were separated from when you incarnated into physical form on this dimension. Everybody has one. There are no exceptions. It is not common for Twins to incarnate together, in fact it is very rare. But now as we near the end of 2012, many people are finding their incarnated twins and there is a specific reason for that.
Usually one Twin remains behind on the higher dimensions whilst the other takes physical form in a lower dimension, but because we are in our final lifetime here, some Twins have incarnated together. The specific reason for that is to help raise the consciousness of the planet through their union.
Twin Flames are one being, with separate souls. Each Twin has its own soul and is travelling on its own Spiritual journal. Twins will unite in between incarnations in the higher dimensions to 'refuel their energy' if you will. Their union both in physical and spirit form is a powerfully energetic event.

I Am Forgiven when I am impatient, anxious, and selfish to another as now I see that those reactions are born in me and is up to me alone to take full responsibility for what comes out of me even when everyone around me is lashing out against me; it still is my decision to respond in haste or with a fire extinguisher.

Asia Facing $8B Economic Loss Due to September Flooding: Aon Report

Of the more than $7.5 billion in economic losses recorded in Asia, China sustained much of that loss as two separate flood events affected several provinces, according to the latest edition of Aon Benfield’s Global Catastrophe Recap report, which reviews the natural disaster perils that occurred worldwide during September.
Published by Impact Forecasting, the firm’s catastrophe model development center, the report reveals that seasonal monsoonal rains caused significant flooding across parts of Asia during the month. The most costly occurred during a six-day stretch, in which the Ministry of Civil Affairs confirmed economic losses of at least $4.92 billion across six provinces.

On Monday, a decree, published on the president’s official Facebook page, announced the amnesty for “deeds committed with the aim of supporting the revolution and bringing about its objectives in the period January 25, 2011 to June 30, 2012, with the exception of crimes of first-degree murder."

So where do you go to be alone and go within and be at peace? We all need to find a place to call our own where we can go to explore who we are at deeper levels and find out what matters most. Take a moment to create a space that allows your mind to unfold and relax. Be it a beautiful cave draped in beautiful flowers or sitting on the lid of the toilet seat, there is a space some place calling out to you. Add a candle and some familiar things that bring you comfort if you are inside and need to claim a space, if it is outside, find a place where you can get comfortable and let go completely. Do not bring music or any technical devices that will distract you. I know, the thought of sitting in silence with nothing to do but be with yourself creeps you out. Get over it! Outside in nature is the best place to commune with life but winter is setting in for many of us so a place inside will have to do until weather permits us to be outside sitting. If you walk in nature it doesn’t matter if it is winter or not, just bundle up and stay warm.

It is a great day for me. I got a feeling. I feel laughing and smiling all day long, just remembering all is Now and is Now changing. No more waiting. I see it all going on. Talking with friends over what is going on. Seeing more and more the things as they are. Even a radio interview scheduled for a second time did not go through without notice, but I do not care, I am still smiling and seeing all is just like it is and it is fine.

I wanted to know whether I’d captured Archangel Michael’s intended words in the Declaration of World Peace. (1) I’ve only channeled twice formally (I’m aware that my guides send things through me informally) and I had no idea whether it had gone well.
So I asked Archangel Michael in a personal reading I had with him through Linda Dillon on October 10, 2012, whether I had come close.
I do believe – I have to say – that the Declaration of World Peace, will travel around the world. It’s a beautiful expression of the longing for peace. I don’t say that for myself. I have everything I need and want and have no connection to the document outside of literally “lending a hand.”
But I say it because it’s a beautiful expression from a very eloquent speaker and writer, whose amenuensis I was permitted to be for a very few minutes.

My beloved children, as you could all feel now, the 10-10-Portal brings enormous amounts of energy to Earth. Even more than with the previous portals. Your bodies adapt and can cope with so much more than you would have been able to only one year ago. Your bodies wouldn’t have coped otherwise. Now you have an idea what you have achieved so far.
Even those of you who still sleep can feel these energies, but don’t know how to identify it. They feel different than before and are confused about it. My beloved lightbearers please support them when they address you for that. Explain to them what these energies mean. Let your glorious light enlighten their hearts and ignite the spark. Share your love and your light with them. Don’t impose on them but help if you are asked. I know that you will comply and fulfil my desire with pleasure my children.

THE GRAND CLEARINGYes, it is I, none other than the almighty friend to the family. Yes, I am orchestrating things in your lives; aligning, redirecting and sourcing. Putting energy lines where they best serve and infusing the heart power to make the shifts. I have been known to work as a cosmic chiropractor and help restore the flow by re-aligning all that life pushes out of balance. This is constant work for life on Earth is an on-going series of maladjustments and corrections, obstacles and overcomings.
So much so, that many of you lightworkers are now struggling with smooth energy lines. You are used to the dramatic shifts and when calm seas arrive, there is a misinterpretation. For the calm seas appear to be flat to you but they are not, they are just calm. However, adrenalin and emotional highs and lows as well as contractions and expansions have been the norm, so much so that one must now learn the way of equanimity. Balance as a joyful state; no drama as a desired state. Literally, the state in which nothing is happening is good and the new way.

I sure hope everyone brought not only their dancing shoes, but also their gym shoes… we are going to be working out this amazing field of interactive life energy thru the rest of this year. Building it, strengthening it, and understanding how to use it proficiently. The main equipment is our emotional field of resonance. Everything else is an addition or subtraction of the desired outcome.
So it is no wonder that the constant of all four of yesterdays readings was an image of a long deep golden cylinder of energy. And it is not a cylinder at all, just shaped like one. The field, however, is very adamant about me NOT calling this thing a tube! Every single time I referred to it as a tube (hey, gotta describe it as I see it) they became quite firm in my ear saying “it is not a tube.” Yet, they were just fine with the word cylinder! Go figure. What I do understand this thing to be is The Love Frequency and we will be learning how to fully use this during the rest of this year.
Nothing is more important than the Mission

I received a message from my higher self in the form of a dream. I saw the word "MISSION" in letters as big as buildings. There were animals crawling on the letters and birds flying around them. A voice said, "Nothing is more important than the mission."
I woke up the next morning and sent a message to a group of very close friends, and I called every lightworker I know. Of course, I wanted to know what my mission could possibly be. Is it a personal mission or a group mission, or both?

It is like feeling the vibes that are ready to trigger all around us and those will be the vibes you will experience also.
