The universe does not work in negatives, it responds to the essence of your focus. Children work very much in this way, as well. This explains why if you tell a toddler, “Don’t hit”, they will often turn around and hit. It is not that they are naughty or defiant, it is that they only heard the essence of the sentence, hit, and responded in kind. Asking the child to be gentle will have a much more desired effect for changing behaviour because the focus is on what core energy you wish for them to shift into.

This explains why you cannot create change from a negative focus. Making choices to avoid something that is unwanted is keeping you energetically attached to what is unwanted. Further, focusing on what is unwanted naturally creates resistance and constriction within your own energetics. You cannot create from a space of contraction, only through expansion.

Do you see? Again we say, your focus is your blessing of continuation. What is the essence of what you would like to experience? Shift into your heart and allow it to lead the way, for by identifying what you would like more of, you naturally activate a process that begins to navigate towards that desire. The basic fundamental is, whatsoever the meditation, it has to fill this requirement: that the body, mind, consciousness, all three should function in unity. Then suddenly one day the fourth has arrived: the witnessing. Or if you want to, call it God; call it God or nirvana or Tao or whatsoever you will.

My darling child…take a moment and think back on all the changes you have been through, the choices you have made and the healing you have accomplished. While you were in the midst of your greatest changes there were times when you said, “I can’t take one more second of this! Please make it stop!!” But, at the conclusion and in the peaceful quiet, you often said, “There…it is done! That wasn’t so bad. I’ve learned so much!”

The Universe wants you to know that you now have the skills, knowledge and wisdom to make each major shift you move through more graceful and easy. In the very near future, you will be able to integrate these major changes with the blink of an eye…if you choose. (Smiling) Remember, you are much more powerful than you give yourself credit for. What you will learn as you continue to move forward in these accelerated times is that your self expression is continually shifting and expanding to reflect your growth and latest level of attainment. Nothing is carved in stone, Dear Ones, and anything you attempt to make solid and immoveable will become a hindrance over time.

It can be worthwhile to examine anything that you have taken a hard stand or declaration about in your past. Is it true today, or is it a reflection of who you used to be? Was it based on fear or a desire to control? Does it feel like stagnant energy? Is it holding you back? Does it match the energies of today? Can you loosen up your constraints in that area, or is it time to release it once and for all?

Embracing the unfoldment of the shifting energies combined with your own ever evolving expression of self is how you will have everything you could ever need in order to keep moving forward in the ways that best match you and your soul’s intentions. If we give only a fixed pattern of meditation, then it will be applicable only to a few people. That has been one of the problems in the past: fixed patterns of meditation, not fluid -- fixed, so they fit certain types and all others are left in the darkness.

My effort is to make meditation available to each and everybody; whosoever wants to meditate, meditation should be made available according to his type. If he needs rest, then rest should be his meditation. Then "sitting silently doing nothing, and the spring comes and the grass grows by itself" -- that will be his meditation. We have to find as many dimensions to meditation as there are people in the world. And the pattern has not to be very rigid, because no two individuals are alike. The pattern has to be very liquid so that it can fit with the individual. In the past, the practice was that the individual had to fit with the pattern.

I bring a revolution. The individual has not to fit with the pattern, the pattern has to fit with the individual. My respect for the individual is absolute. I am not much concerned with means; means can be changed, arranged in different ways.

We are all watching with delight from here in the spiritual realms as humanity races towards its awakening!  You are definitely moving along very rapidly towards that wonderful event, when shock and delighted amazement will fill your hearts with joy, as you realize that you have arrived!  The journey has been long, and at times extremely stressful and painful, in fact, as stuff is now arising for nearly everybody to be acknowledged and released, you cannot fail to be aware that there is an enormous amount of needless suffering still being endured by millions of people all across the planet.  This will cease.

Running can be a meditation -- jogging, dancing, swimming, anything can be a meditation. My definition of meditation is: whenever your body, mind, soul are functioning together in rhythm it is meditation, because it will bring the fourth in. And if you are alert that you are doing it as a meditation -- not to take part in the Olympics, but doing it as a meditation -- then it is tremendously beautiful.
