Do you believe expansion needs to be painful? Many of you do. This is due to thinking of expansion as being stretched beyond your capacity.

But what if expansion could be joyful?  Have you ever looked at people, animals, or places you love and felt your heart expanding?  Have you ever been moved by music, an event, or act of kindness? The vast majority of you have had that experience, which proves you are capable of joyful expansion and that expansion can feel wonderful.

We urge you to explore any beliefs about your enlightenment journey that say it can only be hard, exhausting, or painful because those beliefs will create resistance towards your growth which can perpetuate discomfort. What other possibilities are there?  As pioneers you can discover new ways of forward movement that can also contain excitement and open-hearted presence as part of that flow.

This is not to say that there may not be moments of discomfort, or that you are in some way doing it wrong if there are. But what we are saying is that opening up to the idea that expansion can occur joyfully can create new potentials for you, and add much more balance, acceptance, and wonder to your ascension process. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young

To know this, that existence mothers you, is to know God. There is no other God -- just this feeling, this tremendous feeling, this penetrating feeling, that the existence loves you, protects you, helps you and showers many many blessings on you; that the existence is graceful towards you, that you are not alienated, that you are not a stranger, that this is your home.

To feel that "This existence is my home" is to know God.

WE ARE HERE FOR THE "GRAND EVENT" AND THE "GRAND EVENT" IS "US", WE GOD THIS. I LEARNED EARLY THE IGNANT HAVE ZERO CLUE WHAT IS GOIN ON, THEY ARE TOO BUSY ATTEMPTING TO SELL ANOTHER BELIEF SYSTEM THAT ... ACTUALLY DOES NOTHING BUT DRAIN YOUR FREEDOM AWAY, LTFOL, HOW DUMB IS THAT? I WONDER?

ANY WAY, OUR CELESTIAL FAMILY ARE VISITING THOSE SAME IGNANT AND GIVIN 'EM MORE LOVE AND LIGHT THAN THEY CAN HANDLE. I BET THAT, TICKLES, HAHAHAHAHAHA, I KNOW THE FEELIN IT JUST MAKES ME GLOW, BRIGHTER, LOL. Please remember to keep this in mind when you move through your daily existence;  Some are adjusting well to the newest energy arrival, some not-so-much and others not at all.  It would be wonderful if you could move about with like-minded individuals, however, that is not always going to happen.  It is important, regardless of where you on your path, to keep shining exactly as you have been.  Patience, kindness, compassion and love are the fuel…and you may be the spark that lights the fire for them. We were recently asked by someone how they could be more loving toward their husband. They were not happy with how they were treating their partner, and wished to shift it.  This is a common experience within relationships and we wished to discuss this today.

You cannot force yourself to be more loving if you do not feel loving. You cannot find a space of flow from the energy of resistance. You must add in another element that you are not resistant to.  In the case of being more loving, we suggest you take your focus off love and put it on appreciation.

Simply focus on appreciating your partner.  Look for the things you are grateful for that they do or say. Consciously choose to observe them, with an eye toward their wonderful traits.  What are they good at? Think about all the ways their presence adds to your life.

If you do that, something magical will happen.  Your love will suddenly begin to flow because you will have moved yourself into a space of non-resistance to them. You simply cannot appreciate something and resist it at the same time.  Your appreciation will shift you into a heart space of love and acceptance, and from there you will connect with them in the loving way your soul has been wanting to do all along. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young

Open The Door…

Take a moment and look at those around you.  Look into their eyes.  In that instant, you may be able to glimpse what path they are on, the battles they may be fighting, if they have begun their movement toward the light and if they truly like themselves.

This is not to place you in a position of judgement…it is an exercise in compassion.  When you can see and understand what your fellow human beings are going through, a connection is created, giving you a chance to see within yourself and what changes need to be made.  It also affords you the opportunity to see their innate beauty regardless of outward appearances.  You have an amazing life, with abilities, knowledge and wisdom you have barely explored…it is time to open that door and begin. ~ Creator

Dear Ones, you are in an age where you are being exposed to a vast amount of information. We understand that at times this can be overwhelming, but this is accelerating your evolution.  With so many voices and opinions it is allowing you to try on a lot of ideas, deciding on what is a match to you and what to leave behind.

When we say “try on” we mean just that. Consider what is being presented. Does it match who you are and what you believe? How does it fit energetically with your body? Is it empowering? Does it aid your expansion and growth? Does it support your own unique path? Does it feel right?

Just as you would try on a garment in a store, if it doesn’t fit you can leave it behind without having any attachment to it being wrong. Further, you can be at peace with the idea that it might be a perfect match for someone else. You don’t have to push against it, you can just try on something else until you find what is comfortable and suits your needs. You understand that it is just a process of self expression.

These accelerated energies can seem overwhelming at times, but you are well prepared for all of this for it is supporting your advancement into the next phase of your incarnation. You get to decide what fits you and supports you and your unique expression of self.  Again, allow the noisiness to redirect you into the knowingness of your soul. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young

A Pagan Easter

I live and work for 8 months out of the year in Poland. To be more precise, in a small cottage in a village situated on the edge of the Beskidi mountain range in the Province of Malopolska, about 40 kilometres South West of Krakow.

We, Jadwiga and I, cultivate about 1.5 ha of land composed of around 7 fields, each in a separate location., but all within walking distance. Most is for vegetables, grazing and hay.

In our garden is an orchard comprising apple, cherry and plumb trees, a herb growing plot and 3 green houses. There is also a barn made from clay and straw, which we converted into an educational centre some 20 years ago.

If you are unhappy, that simply means that you have learned tricks for being unhappy, and nothing else. Unhappiness depends on the frame of your mind. There are people who are unhappy in all kinds of situations. They have a certain quality in their mind which transforms everything into unhappiness. If you tell them about the beauty of the rose they immediately start counting the thorns. If you say to them, "What a beautiful morning, what a sunny day!" they will look at you as if they are surprised by your statement. They will say, "So what! One day between two dark nights! It is only one day between two dark nights, so what is the big deal? Why are you looking so fascinated?"

The same thing can be seen from a positive reference; then suddenly each night is surrounded by two days. And then suddenly it is a miracle that the rose is possible, that such a delicate flower is possible among so many thorns.

Everything is the same. All depends on what kind of frame you are carrying in your head.

Huge changes are on the horizon.  You may think of it as a tearing-down; what you once knew will fade (and for some of you, crash down) to make room for something much different.  It may not always be what you were expecting but, it will be what is in your highest and best.  The Universe would like you to use this time to manifest what you want in your life.  This is not ‘snap decision’ time, it is a slow burn thinking/feeling/being process that will require some extra attention.  Grieve if you feel you need to, release what need to let go of and know you are moving in a direction that will have beautiful results. ~ Creator

Witness the objects of the mind. Patanjali calls it dhyana, meditation -- from the same word come zen and CH'AN.

Witness the objects, the contents, of the mind. Whatsoever passes before you, watch it, without evaluating, judging or condemning. Don't be for or against, just watch, and dhyana, meditation, is created.

And the second is, witness the witness itself -- and samadhi is created, satori is created, the ultimate ecstasy is created. The first leads to the second. Start watching your thoughts but don't stop there. When thoughts have disappeared then don't think that you have arrived. One more thing has to be done, one more step. Now watch the watcher. Now just witness the witnessing. Nothing else is left, only you are. Just suddenly become aware of awareness itself, and then dhyana is transformed into samadhi. By watching the mind, the mind disappears. By watching the witness, the witness expands and becomes universal.

The first is a negative step to get rid of the mind. The second is a positive step to get rooted in the ultimate consciousness -- call it God or nirvana or whatever you wish.
