We are seeing two areas currently under tornado warnings issued by the NWS .... just west of North Platte Nebraska.. a tornado warning .. storm is heading east / southeast currently (600pm cdt 8/2/2012)...

Also north, a series of strong cells breaking out throughout the day... extending far north into Canada near Saskatoon.. and even tornado warnings issued by the Canadian weather service just northwest of Regina.. heading ENE currently.

Strong cell thunderstorms, hail, and damaging winds are in several states across the lower 48... Montana, Idaho, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, North Dakota, South Dakota, Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, California, Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Illinois, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, and New Brunswick.

 

UFO sighting? Commercial pilot reports seeing UFO Monday at Kansas City International Airport

  • KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Someone who says he is a commercial pilot has posted on a UFO website, claiming he spotted a UFO while flying into Kansas City International Airport on Monday night.

    The pilot posted the sighting on UFO Stalker saying he was on approach to the airport from St Louis when he and his co-pilot noticed an unidentified object following their plane.

I recorded this UFO video a day before my night time UFO sighting.This unknown object was hovering in the sky for a few minutes and then it disappeared. Some of my neighbours saw it too, but nobody identified it.

In 2009, there was a 12 per cent increase in UFO sightings in Canada, according to the Ufology Research Institute. Sightings are still high in Canada.

Im really suprised that the last vid went viral like it did, but so many persons did not clearly hear the message I meant. Each royal costs UK 30 times more than a soldier

A new research by Britain’s campaign group Republic has revealed that the government spends over 30 times more on a working member of the royal family than it does on a soldier serving in Afghanistan.
 

According to the Republic, estimated total cost of the monarchy is £202.4 million, making the average cost of each of the 16 working royals £12.7 million.

This is while that the average per head spend on a soldier in Afghanistan is just £410,555.

Europe is a catastrophe in the making. Yet the nearer it gets the more they tell us it will never happen. “We know what we’re doing, the next European summit will sort things out,” they say. “Only a few more years of austerity, maybe ten or fifteen, and we’ll be over the worst,” they predict. “It’s all the fault of everybody else,” they smile.

 

Since it’s everybody else’s fault but their own, they carry on as before, or rather, as before but making things worse. Thus, faced with an overall unemployment level of 11% and over 20% for young people, their ‘solution’ is to increase unemployment. Observing that overall debt levels are such (Euro government debt averages over 100% of GDP) that the debt has become un-repayable; they say that ‘More Debt is a Good Idea.’

Eventually a person has a moment of clarity. In this moment, they see the inherent emptiness of all the things they thought were so important. This causes a person to reevaluate their whole existence and look for a deeper meaning in Life. This is the beginning of spiritual Awakening, when a person realizes the life they’ve been assigned by society isn’t who they really are and decides to recreate himself to reflect his expanded understandings. At this point there’s an enormous pitfall that most do not notice which causes spiritual growth to halt almost as fast as it began. This is spiritual ego, when a person recreates herself but then gets attached to their new “spiritual” identity.

VLT finds most stellar heavyweights come in interacting pairs

A new study using ESO’s Very Large Telescope (VLT) has shown that most very bright high-mass stars, which drive the evolution of galaxies, do not live alone. Almost three quarters of these stars are found to have a close companion star, far more than previously thought. Surprisingly most of these pairs are also experiencing disruptive interactions, such as mass transfer from one star to the other, and about one third are even expected to ultimately merge to form a single star. The results are published in the 27 July 2012 issue of the journal Science.
