IV Vitamin C Stops the Growth of Some Aggressive Forms of Cancer

High-dose vitamin C has been studied as a treatment for patients with cancer since the 1970s. It can completely shut down specific types of tumors. According to a new study from Weill Cornell Medicine investigators, scientists could one day harness vitamin C to develop targeted treatments.

Vitamin C has a broad spectrum antioxidant function with the ability to protect cell structures and DNA from free radical damage. It is remarkably safe even in enormously high doses. Compared to commonly used prescription drugs, side effects are virtually nonexistent. No matter how high the concentration, vitamin C does not harm healthy cells. Yet, through an array of enzymatic and metabolic reactions, vitamin C has an impressive ability to protect and treat and wide range of diseases, including cancer.

If you are feeling bad about something, we suggest you take a moment and ask yourself, “How is this issue making me feel separate? How is this issue making me feel unloved?” Then simply love yourself for the beautiful, tender being you are. Imagine gathering yourself up in a loving hug. Sit and rock that self that is hurting. Instead of trying to deny the feelings or the reasons for them, simply honour that part of you that is so sensitive and feeling.

Let yourself BE without making yourself wrong for anything. Accept yourself completely in the moment. Then, when you have acknowledged, honoured, loved and reassured that tender part of you, consciously align with Source energy and allow that flow of love to fill you up even further.

It is time to nurture all your bits and pieces, Dear Ones, even the parts that you think are not worthy. Especially the parts that you think are not worthy! Once you bring the things you’ve been avoiding to light once and for all, you will see they aren’t so scary, after all. The illusion of their power will dissipate, leaving you with a sense of freedom and relief, and a base of love and acceptance to create from like never before. ~Archangel Gabriel

Vaccines: Parents Stop Unethical Indiana Health Department HPV Vaccine Push

It took exactly one month to the day for an activated Indiana population to turn back efforts by their state’s health department to coerce and pressure parents, outside of law, into having their children receive the potentially dangerous human papillomavirus vaccine (HPV). Independent health journalist Jefferey Jaxen was contacted by two separate families telling of letters they received by their state’s health departments regarding their child’s HPV vaccine status. An article chronicling the incidents was immediately published to raise awareness on October 5th, 2015.

Dear One, you have to come to the place where it is okay for life and the people mingled in your life to be the way they are. No one has to be your favorite flavor of Life on Earth. Anyone can be against blueberry pie or anything whatsoever he happens to be against, and he can be for anything he wants to be for whether you like it or not. You can’t very well disallow another from the freedom you so desire. This is acceptance. Acceptance may seem to be out of your reach.

What is the argument? Are you feeling that only you can be the decider of what another's views on life are supposed to be? If someone seems impossible to you, well, then, something in you has to allow him his privilege to think as he likes to think, to even be obnoxious, even to perceive you as difficult if that's how he sees it. You have no more right to infringe on another's view than he has the right to infringe on yours.

When you are dealing with people who drive you up a wall, remember it is your difficulty you are dealing with. Your distress comes from you and not from the other person who has innocently or deliberately triggered something within you.

The teachers who give you paths are pseudo-teachers; they are dangerous people. They have created much chaos in the world, but they are very logical and they appeal to your ordinary mind.

The real teacher is one who takes all paths away. The real teacher is one who takes all teachings away. The real teacher is one who unburdens you, who destroys all your knowledge and makes you again ignorant, innocent, like a child. The real teacher is very destructive. When all knowledge is taken away, all paths withdrawn, you don't know a thing, you are left in your ignorance, naked, nowhere to hide, suddenly the great explosion happens. It always happens in innocence.

That's why Jesus goes on saying, "Unless you are like small children you will not enter into my kingdom of God."

The real teacher makes you like small babes. The real teacher does not teach you information. The real teacher does not inform, he transforms. He does not convey doctrines and dogmas; on the contrary, he takes a sword and cuts your very head. He makes you headless.

Hawaiian Natives Move One Step Closer to Declaring Sovereignty from U.S. Government

This week, Native Hawaiians initiated an historical election that may grant them sovereignty from the United States and the state of Hawaii, itself, after well over a century of colonial rule. More than 95,000 indigenous people will elect delegates to a constitutional convention, scheduled for this winter, when they will work to create a government that serves and represents Native Hawaiians — the only group of indigenous people in the United States currently restricted from forming their own government.

In the 19th century, European and American missionaries and traders began settling in Hawaii. They quickly formed a political movement and succeeded in transferring power from the king to his cabinet and the legislature. Though they drafted a new constitution limiting the king’s control, they also limited the voting rights of Asians and Native Hawaiians while granting that right to wealthy non-citizens.

Some of the most devastating fires the world has ever seen are happening right now in Indonesia, and this unfolding disaster is getting little attention. Annual fires during the dry season have become typical in the last 20 years or so as slash and burn rainforest farming techniques have ravaged this once pristine part of the world, but now this year they are catastrophic. Some 5000 fires have burned in Borneo alone in just the last 2 months.

Pharma Biggie Hit With $125M Penalty For Illegal Kickbacks To Doctors, Falsified Insurance Forms

A subsidiary of multibillion-dollar international pharmaceuticals company Allergan has agreed to plead guilty to a felony charge of healthcare fraud and pay $125 million to close the books on criminal and civil liability claims tied to the subsidiary’s illegal marketing activities for seven different name-brand prescription drugs.

Warner Chilcott USA Sales LLC (whose connection to Allergen we’ll get to later) has agreed to plead guilty in federal court to felony criminal charges of paying kickbacks to physicians to get them to prescribe the company’s drugs. Warner Chilcott was also caught manipulating prior authorizations to induce insurance companies to pay for prescriptions of osteoporosis drug Atelvia that the insurers may not have otherwise paid for. To top it all of, the company also made unsubstantiated marketing claims on another osteo med, Actonel.

While the company won’t be going to jail, former Warner Chilcott President W. Carl Reichel might be. The erstwhile exec was arrested today in Boston, and according to a newly unsealed indictment [PDF] has been charged with conspiring to pay kickbacks to physicians.

A Vermont Police Department Becomes America’s First to Voluntarily Withdraw From Controversial 1033 Military Surplus Program

Vermont’s Burlington Police department have announced they will be withdrawing from the Pentagon’s questionable 1033 military surplus program. This will mark the first time a police department has ever willfully withdrawn from the Department of Defense’s (DOD) federal program, according to the NY Daily news.

The controversial program is responsible for the militarization of local police departments across the United States, often arming them with left over equipment including advanced surveillance technology, MRAP’s, grenade launchers, tanks and numerous other left over war accessories.

The Burlington Police Department’s official statement over their separation with the DOD’s 1033 program voices their concerns over the warlike training and gear:
