As old souls you have had many pastlife experiences with power, both with it being used against you improperly, and with using it improperly yourself. Because of this, many of you have a fear of power. It is very difficult to embrace your authentic power while carrying fear of power. This is now coming up to be cleared in order for you to truly move forward into the next phase of your incarnation.

Ego is nothing but the collective name of your thoughts. It is not a separate entity, it is just the collective name. All your thoughts are just the bricks... out of those bricks, the house of the ego is made.

As you stop your thoughts and start moving into a space of no-mind, of non-thinking, you will not find the ego there. You will be there, but there will not be any sense of "I-ness," only a pure "is-ness."

And it is a great achievement.

New Moon In Taurus: Surprises & Shifts

We are having a New Moon in Taurus on Tuesday, May 15th, 2018 which will occur exactly at 11:48 am Universal Time. New Moon’s initiate the start of a 29 day lunar cycle which is like a new wave of energy influencing the coming month. This particular New Moon has extra significance because the planet Uranus will also be entering Taurus on the same day, less than four hours later.

Uranus is an outer planet which means it has a wider orbit, therefore it does not change signs as frequently as the planets that orbit closer to the Sun. The last time Uranus changed signs was in 2010-2011 going  from Pisces into Aries. This current transition will last until March 2019 as Uranus will retrograde back into Aries later this year and then return to Taurus again.

We have been in Taurus season since April 19th/20th, however New Moons can amp up the way we work with the energies of that sign, in some cases in a new way. However with Uranus also going in there at the same time, it really emphasizes this but will also have a long term effect.

TO ME IT IS ALL SO SIMPLE, AND CREATION IS CHILDLIKE IN ITS EXPRESSION OF NOW, OR IS THAT JUST ME? LOL

I ALWAYS LOOK AT WHAT I SHARE AS THOUGHTS TO ASSIST AND ADVANCE HU+MANITY TO REALIZE THEY/WE ALL ARE THIS PRESENT MOMENT, ALIVE AND AWARE OF THIS WONDERFUL EXPRESSION AS CREATION. LOL

Choosing what you would like to experience is surrender with intention. So how do you know what to choose? Something that you feel non-resistant to, that you would willingly embrace the movement towards. An excellent affirmation for this is, “I choose a beautiful life”. This is a particularly effective affirmation because beauty is one of the few things people, generally speaking, do not have fear of.

It is well accepted that beauty means something different to everyone, but it is always desired and appreciated. Beauty is the presence of heaven on earth. Beauty can be art that came from divine inspiration. It can be nature. It can be an act of kindness. It can be pure, heartfelt service. It can be presence. It can be a feeling of love, connection, acceptance or compassion.

It can be so many things, but all of them come from an alignment with Source. And most everyone agrees, any of those elements of beauty would be welcome. I choose a beautiful life is such a powerful affirmation because it allows so many potentials that are tailored to you. In Japan the first exercise for meditators is breathing from the belly, which goes against all gymnastic rules, but it has a tremendous spiritual value. Your mind relaxes, your body relaxes, and oxygen reaches to all the holes of your lungs, forcing out dead carbon dioxide. It brings a tremendous release of liveliness, playfulness, laughter. Whenever you laugh deeply it is called "belly laughter.
